When i got there, the guy behind the counter looked like he had just woken up from a nap, then he started rubbing his face, hair and was scratching his feet and for some reason decided to change his shoes, then proceeded to tell me that they had ran out of tapioca at 6:00pm 4/14/24…. This used to be my fav spot, not its dirty… smh fire the guy

Saleem provided top notch service as well as the manager aka owner was also very accommodating. Upon ordering there was miscommunication but they made a new one for me free of charge, to make up for the misunderstanding they made a second one and the one that was made wrong was also given for free to try. Ohh and the tea is also very good, highly recommended for the service and friendliness of the staff

We were visiting from out of town, and my kids love drinks with popping boba, and I love milk tea. The staff at Gravitea were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Plus the drinks were top notch! We loved the variety. I highly recommend the Klaw-tea specialty drink. It's delicious!

Very subpar. You can't order just a plain tea based drink and must choose a flavor and they have to blend it? The flavoring tasted like it was most likely powdered. Will not be back.
