Ordering the same drink here feels like coffee roulette. You never know what you’re going to get. Quality is wildly inconsistent despite ordering the exact same thing every time. The old management was noticeably better.

On top of that, service from employees is subpar and often feels indifferent. Overall, the experience has gone downhill.

Note to the owner: please invest in better espresso maintenance and training. Consistency and equipment care matter, and it shows when they’re lacking.

I have been coming here for 3 years with no issues, but todays experience was extremely disappointing. My coffee was not good, and since it is 9 dollars, I politely said something. It took five minutes for anyone to help me because the staff was in the back chatting until the manager stepped in.

When I explained the problem, the worker seemed bothered and spoke to me in a condescending tone, as if I was a child. She even tried telling me that maybe four shots was too much, even though I regularly drink 4 to 7 shots with no problem. Instead of finding a solution, she kept insisting the issue was my taste or the strength of the coffee.

What made this worse is that they admitted the quality of their espresso machine causes inconsistent shots. That alone explains why my drink tasted off. Anyone who knows espresso understands that the taste can change a lot depending on how clean the machine is. Old coffee oils, residue, or buildup inside the machine can make shots taste bitter, sour, burnt, or completely different from how they should taste. A clean and well maintained machine is essential for a consistent and good espresso.

I buy coffee daily and come here at least two times a week, so I know exactly how my usual drink should taste. I used to have a 5 star review for this place, but this experience completely changed my view. Sadly, my family and I will not be returning.

Dont bother. Its not the same green joe anymore. The inside looks terrible and they play crappy music. The workers are also incompetent.

Service is not good and prices are outrageous for the poor service and items you recieve. The coffee tastes bitter and they dont listen to your requests. 20 bucks for store bought mix muffins and coffee that we had to flavor ourselves because they didnt listen.

IT IS NOT GREEN JOE ANYMORE. Terrible. Did not realize there was new ownership but they are horrible. The interior looks like a prison, it used to be beautiful. Unprofessional workers and the food/drinks are terrible. Only teens working and they are yelling at each other.

Are you guys out of minds charging 7.80$ for the most basic medium sized latte??
Even Starbucks Reserve is 30 cents cheaper, and I’m sorry you ain’t no Starbucks Reserve, not even close.
Moreover, the price at the ordering board was 4.5$. When asked why there was a 3$ dollar discrepancy, they said
“Oh , we got a new management and haven’t updated the board.”
I’m sorry what???
You had the time to double the prices, hadn’t you?
Anyway, this place to be avoided, if you don’t what to be ripped off!

This was my first time here this morning. Ordered 2 drinks and 2 food items. The service in the drive through was very slow but I did not mind. Total came out to almost $40 dollars but was not offered a receipt. My main issue was the food. This is an avocado toast that was at least $12, again not sure was not given a receipt, and zero avocado! The drinks were good but I don’t think I will be coming back.

Disappointed that everytime I come here and order the same drink , it’s a different price. This is concerning as it seems like there’s no consistency. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Unfortunately, they no longer carry the vegan breakfast sandwich and the smoothies are not vegan anymore.

I really like the coffee here but the new management is bottom barrel.. they never open on time, always out of coconut milk, and every time I come the price for the same drink is different. They no longer have a rewards program seriously what’s going on here?
