Joe - The owner provided great catering service for my event. We ordered catering order for the following items: Vegetable Singapore Fried Rice, Vegetable Manchurian Gravy, Vegetarian Hakka noddles, and Schezaan gravy Vegetable. @Joe - You should suggest Bhajia instead adding to the gravy. The main reason I gave a 3 (wish I could give a 3.5) is because the tip was charged mandatory with the food before the check was given to me. The owner himself served me, which I was more than willing to tip, on my own turn, after paying for my food. It’s a principle thing. The food itself was not bad, but not to any extraordinary. It was a try, I will not go back again.
