Harold's Chicken is a landmark in the African american community. I will continue to eat at Harold's, but at this location, I was disappointed because I ordered a chicken fish combo and my food was overcooked. I couldn't eat and was reluctant to return it with fear of awful exchange. So better! I try once again

Ice machine is broken and soda is not cold. Can't substitute fries with anything. The Indian girl didn't know what tarter sauce was at a place that serves catfish. Couldn't get a refund on drink. Place needs a deep cleaning. No soap in the bathrooms. Highly recommended going ANYWHERE else. Didn't eve

Called in order and it still had to wait an extra 30 mins food was horrible fried chicken was soggy, and French fries were old and refried and hard. No drinks to purchase

I went to order some chicken yesterday and it started out bad already walking in the place is dirty the windows the floors and everything they had by the counter was messing and Dusty over the counter there was a mess you can see so I order my food said 20mins but really it was 45 mins on top of that the young guy cooking the chicken set off the fire alarm so the fire department comes cause he obviously doesn’t know what he’s doing , so then me and two other customer see him eating fries that he is making us , all 3 of them guys working there looked lazy and unmotivated and all looked high off Marijuana they kitchen looked like a mess and dirty , took the food home and my chicken was over cooked and the fries We’re undercooked SAVE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER COME HERE GO TO A Location In the City !!!!!!!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN Couldn’t even enjoy the chicken it was black by the bone I was pissed

I’ve only gotten food thru uber eats. Food is always great. Only issue is last night I did order thru uber eats and didn’t receive the slaw. Food was still great!

Customer Service was GREAT and helpful. He recommended that I get mild and lemon pepper extra fried chicken wings. My family drove an hour to try HAROLDS and it was so worth it. We are from California/Texas and this place was highly recommended. I'm happy we took that person up on their offer.

Place a carryout order over the phone- very polite and efficient team! Food was on time, fresh, hot, and delicious! KB made sure I didn't forget the sauce I ordered as well! Thanks for a great experience!
