I’m saddened! This location is closed and I was just here a few weeks ago. No notice or anything! This was the closest thing we had to city food and the chicken never disappointed!!!!! Black owned as well. Truly saddened!
This was my first time ordering from the Schaumburg location, and I want to say, I was NOT disappointed! My first attraction, was that famous, distinct Harold's smell in the parking lot that got my attention. The owner was very friendly & attentive, not to mention, he cooked my shrimp & fries to perfection! I was absolutely pleased with the overall service & food! Other establishments should take notes! I will definitely be back!
First off I want to say that the young man who cooked and prepared my food has been taught very well. My problem with the restaurant is that when they run out of a particular item, they should mark that item as available on their website, nit wait until the customer arrives to inform the customer that the item is not available. There also needs to be a way that some other than the manager can give refunds, especially when the need for a refund is the business' fault and not...
