I’ve been to hooters all over the world and being from FL where it all started this is the best hooters I’ve been to besides my hometown in Bradenton,FL the wings are perfect just like home! The Service is fantastic 🤌🏻⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🇺🇸

This was not my first stop at the Schaumburg location,so I’m not basing it on one occasion .The food is very good ! Although one time the crab legs were brown and overcooked. Not sure how the “chef” over cooked them ?!?! They turn red in the boil to let you know when they are ready .that aside … the wait staff was fairly nice and attentive. I am happily married but love the look of attractive women . It’s like living artwork! I know personally (from Tilted Kilt ) that you have to hire ANYONE that applies to serve customers … the staff during lunch should be wearing bright orange shower curtains over their tight uniform. Seriously, this isn’t a knock on management. One type of female has zero self esteem or awareness. They work in your business … one looked like she was going to to give birth on the cubicle table .

We absolutely love this location! We drive from McHenry just for their wings. Tip make a reservation before you go so you don’t have to wait long. Parking can be tricky but it’s worth it.

This hooters is also right next to one the biggest malls in all of the USA - it is 5 star upper echelon chill dining lunch or dinner both!
The employees seem to be tired of life and they never seem to smile. I don't think I will visit again.

Took forever to get my order took and when it did the waitress was absolutely rude and horrible i understand pregnancy hormones but the attitude and rudeness was so unnecessary and with that attitude she shouldn’t be in a customer service role. Maybe move her into the kitchen or to the dish washer or something
I had an amazing experience at Hooters, thanks to Samantha! Our Uber Eats order went MIA, and while it wasn’t her fault at all, she went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Not only was she incredibly kind and apologetic, but she handled the situation with such professionalism and genuine care. She truly turned what could’ve been a frustrating experience into a positive one. Samantha is a standout employee and absolutely deserves a promotion for her exceptional customer service!
Food is always cold and soggy when you carry out or order online. Ordered extra crispy chicken only to be given this. Look like it was chicken that had been sitting all day. I love the Hooters on Wells never a disappointment!!
