I Heart Mac & Cheese

I got the vegan delight and it was good. I appreciated the spicy vegan beyond sausage for added protein. They used coconut cream for vegan cheese, which was fine for me, but don’t expect a gooey vegan faux cheese. The veggies were a nice addition. The meal was served in a cute heart bowl, but some things were cold (the vegan sausage) and some things were warm. It would have been better if the food was evenly heated.

Was out of vegan cheese so I couldn’t order anything on the menu

The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vegan options. The Vegan Grilled Cheese and the Vegan Melt were delicious. Tots were just OK, and the Vegan Delight pasta was so strange and incredibly sweet. It was almost inedible. Definitely would come back but only for the sandwiches or to try something else.

Loved that they had Vegan Options. I had the Vegan Melt, real messy but so good! Also the staff was great, especially the gentleman at the register, who let me know the dip had dairy in it so he gave me few extra tots instead to accommodate me better. It was a busy and there were screaming children all around, so I was glad he was still pleasant to interact with. Will come back for sure!

They had noodles with a melted cheese slice on top. They were out of many items. The food was not good at all. We unfortunately threw away most of it. Very disappointed.

We went to this location specifically because I am the only vegan in my family and they advertise vegan options. We get to order just to find out that they do not have any vegan cheese even though it is 1230pm and this mall location just opened at 11am. Super disappointed.

Vegetarian options: They had no vegan cheese even though the menu states vegan cheese available.

Noodles have no taste. Brought my wife here because she is vegan and this is the one place that advertised vegan options and the had none. No vegan cheese, no vegan meat. 1200pm 1 hour after open and they didn't have the entire advertised menu

Took my order on Uber eats and then closed the restaurant not fulfilling my order. Internet says they close at 7:30 but they closed at 6. Leaving me and my family without our dinner and leaving the Uber driver driving there for no reason.

The Mac and cheese has no taste it’s like your just eating pasta when you check out there is a sign on the screen to print receipt they don’t tell you cause my daughter never hit to print or not so when returning the Mac she just bought less than 10min ago they couldn’t return it without receipt even tho it’s still hot he said he got so many orders he can’t find hers without the receipt mind you it’s not a lot of ppl good customer service would be to return it since it’s not of quality and you have unsatisfied customers I would feel shame for someone to return a full hot container of my food and not give feel obligated to return the food ugh do not recommend!

Omar and guterez were very kind if I could I would rate this place 10/5 stars food was amazing

They were out of literally almost everything and didn't tell us until we were ordering. There were little meat and cheese options and they didn't have the supplies to make sandwiches or almost anything else. There was almost no cheese, and the little cheese they did have was at the bottom of the bowl and watery. There was also an eyelash in the food, and no paper for receipts.

The whole crew was really amazing and nice and polite and especially Jose and Omar and the girl too I walked away too fast to remember her name so I feel bad lol, but the whole crew really came through and made my day
