I Heart Mac & Cheese

Seriously, F this place. While they advertise some amazing vegan options, they have NO IDEA what vegan is or why it matters. Yesterday, I drove 30min to get here with a friend because it sounded awesome. First, they said they couldn't make any sandwiches, which was annoying. I ordered the deluxe vegan bowl, tater tots, and a drink. I watched the employee make my food and put it in the oven. I paid and went to sit down. While my friend was creating a custom bowl, the employee told her she couldn't add vegan cheese sauce because they only offer that on weekends (it was a Thursday). "So what did you put in my friend's food??" she asked. Regular, dairy cheese was the answer. What?! Apparently, the store doesn't sell enough vegan products on weekdays, so they just use regular cheese for them on weekdays. The employee said they don't tell people, they just make the dishes with dairy products. Someone could die from this, let alone get diarrhea or violate their morals. He didn't care at all, seriously. He said that's just what they do if someone orders the vegan cheese on weekdays. He said they don't tell people because he didn't think it was a big deal. DO NOT GO HERE. Even if it's a weekend, I would never support a business that knowingly uses dairy cheese when you asked for the vegan option. I have contacted their corporate office, which hasn't responded.

Food tasted great. Had a little wait due to food cooking, but overall 4.8

I don’t use tiktok but my fiancé sees this place all the time on it so we thought we’d check it out to see what the hype is about. We’ll In our experience the hype is definitely not there. We both got the build your own Mac and cheese bowl the same exact way (regular pasta, cheddar cheese sauce, mushrooms, bacon, and pepper jack). Saying it was Meh is a understatement, this is literally the worst and most bland mac and cheese we have ever had and total cost 28 bucks and some change. For that price it should at least taste good. It was so bad spend your money elsewhere. It’s pretty hard to mess up mac and cheese and this place has messed it up successfully.

Love this place. I have a gluten allergy and they were amazingly professional. The first attendant changed his gloves and used different utensils without even asking. The other attendant thet bowled everything up also switched utensils once my meal came out of the oven. I have never been to a similar restauraunt so caring about cross contamination. The food was delicious and affordable too. Highly recommend!

I got the vegan delight and it was good. I appreciated the spicy vegan beyond sausage for added protein. They used coconut cream for vegan cheese, which was fine for me, but don’t expect a gooey vegan faux cheese. The veggies were a nice addition. The meal was served in a cute heart bowl, but some things were cold (the vegan sausage) and some things were warm. It would have been better if the food was evenly heated.

Overall, I was underwhelmed. I thought it was sort of bland and just not very put together for Mac and cheese. For the price they charge, stick with noodles & co.

Sooo goood! Nice dudes!

The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vegan options. The Vegan Grilled Cheese and the Vegan Melt were delicious. Tots were just OK, and the Vegan Delight pasta was so strange and incredibly sweet. It was almost inedible. Definitely would come back but only for the sandwiches or to try something else.

Tried to get some food from them they couldn’t make half of the items on the menu, this is literally the 3rd time it happen to me…

Reply to the review… literally in the mall right now and they can only make bowls. I set in line for 15 mins. There is no lie. You can never make the menu in whole.

Best mac and cheese

I was blown away by the Buffalo Blue Mac & Cheese! Spicy, creamy, and packed with flavor. The chicken was tender, and I loved the crunch from the celery and carrots. Perfect comfort food, and delivery was super fast!

Sometimes you just need a classic! Creamy, cheesy, and perfectly seasoned. It reminded me of homemade mac & cheese but even better. Quick delivery and perfect portion size!

The perfect blend of Italian and comfort food! Creamy cheese sauce with rich marinara and crispy chicken—every bite was delicious. I tried it with quinoa, and it was a great twist!
