I Heart Mac & Cheese

Terrible experience and false menu prices. A lot about the menu was incorrect. First, both my wife and I wanted quinoa as a base, but there was no quinoa available. The macaroni noodles that were available were at the very end of the container and were clearly old. Then we both wanted several veggies, but the limit was only 3, even though that is not noted anywhere on the menu. Additionally, broccoli, the main veggie we wanted was not available. After all this, we were charged $12.90 each, even though the menu prominently states the build your own mac bowl is $11.45 each. So, we weren't able to get what we wanted PLUS we were charged higher than the menu states.

We hoped that maybe the taste would make up for all of this but it didn't. The noodles were so mushy and not adequately warmed and the cheese was super runny and the meal was a complete waste.

I got a classic Mac and cheese, first time ever going. When I saw him pour the “cheese” or whatever it was it literally looked like water. I gave it a chance still and then he added a few slices of cheese put it in the oven… then I sat down and I seen it was seriously watery, I had to mix the slices to try to cream up the cheese water.. yeah no don’t work. Then I tried it and the pasta was so starchy and yeah tasted like water. I’d rather have kraft Mac n cheese. I through it out and left hungry and down $10

I used to live this place. The last time I came to the mall there was no one working. Today my Mac and cheese was a watery soupy mess. It’s too bad because the concept is awesome.

Stood in line for 10 minutes and didn’t even see a worker. Drove over 45min to eat this and nobody even helped me. Ridiculous!!

Likes to close way early, even with a line.

When it first came a few years ago it was great food and service but today absolutely disgusting the noodles were nasty the cheese is watery, and everything was unappetizing. The service , the guy that was serving us wasn’t very welcoming and just made it seem we were a bother just for ordering. Never will come again

Seriously, F this place. While they advertise some amazing vegan options, they have NO IDEA what vegan is or why it matters. Yesterday, I drove 30min to get here with a friend because it sounded awesome. First, they said they couldn't make any sandwiches, which was annoying. I ordered the deluxe vegan bowl, tater tots, and a drink. I watched the employee make my food and put it in the oven. I paid and went to sit down. While my friend was creating a custom bowl, the employee told her she couldn't add vegan cheese sauce because they only offer that on weekends (it was a Thursday). "So what did you put in my friend's food??" she asked. Regular, dairy cheese was the answer. What?! Apparently, the store doesn't sell enough vegan products on weekdays, so they just use regular cheese for them on weekdays. The employee said they don't tell people, they just make the dishes with dairy products. Someone could die from this, let alone get diarrhea or violate their morals. He didn't care at all, seriously. He said that's just what they do if someone orders the vegan cheese on weekdays. He said they don't tell people because he didn't think it was a big deal. DO NOT GO HERE. Even if it's a weekend, I would never support a business that knowingly uses dairy cheese when you asked for the vegan option. I have contacted their corporate office, which hasn't responded.

We went here a couple of times, and it has always been closed. It has always been at times they are listed as open. We will not try again. It may very possibly be permanently closed.

My little brother made a mistake on his macaroni order, so we went back to buy another. After explaining the small mistake to the cashier, they went above and beyond taking care of it to give my little brother a good experience and good meal. Apart from the incredible customer service, the food is delicious and always piping hot. The establishment was friendly, understanding and professional. Big thanks to Omar and Kevin! :D

I’m a Big Mac and cheese person I have always seen this place since it’s in the mall. Decided to give it a try the first time since a friend said her Newphew loved it! Worst Mac and cheese I have ever had. The noodles a were watery and bland absolutely no flavor. They slapped one piece cheese on top and the way it melted looked like plastic. The veggies and toppings it had in it you can tell were not fresh at all! I took one bite and regretted spending my money on it. Definitely don’t recommend!
