Says open 24 hours on the app and the sign said open I walk in and the person at the front desk tells me they closed at 10 and refused service. Never coming to this IHOP again.

The food was great, but the service was lacking. Our waitress didn't stop by our table for long periods of time, she didn't know how to charge our gift card, and she was generally dismissive of our asks (more napkins, condiments, etc.)
