There literally was ONE waiter and she had to attend ALL customers. Thankfully I saw she had help from the hostess. Needless to say, We waited a very LONG time for everything and it’s understandable being that it was ONE waiter but I will NEVER come back to this Location, I really ddt even want to leave tip do to awful experience but I did anyway

The service is terrible. I order coffee, water, and a breakfast sampler. I waited for my coffee and water for over 20 minutes. My food order came without my beverage. I asked for the manager on the shift, and they said there was no manager on duty. Unacceptable with the services I received. The bill is incorrect! Now, I need to have it corrected. The issue is poor service, no manager on duty, and overcharge on my bill.
