Food is over priced for the size/portion you get, and food was stale. The kiosks are unresponsive and they do not update their kiosks when food is out. When asking for a refund, due to paying for something that was out… staff will do everything in their power not to refund you and try to just replace it with something else. I had to tell them No four times before they even wanted to attempt to give me a refund. I will never recommend this place.
What happened to my beloved IKEA restaurant?
The food is now unseasoned, bland and tastes ultra processed. Not to mention all of the prices have gone up! $17.50 for a meatball plate with unseasoned potatoes and peas that tasted absolutely disgusting, a cup of coffee (I remember when it was under $1) and a processed slice of cake.
You’d get a better meal at any other fast food place and it would be hot and fresh.
You’d can’t blame worker cost because you fired all of your cashiers for kiosks that are impossible to navigate creating even longer lines.
Very disappointing meal, mash potatoes were bland, garlic bread tasted of cheap butter and was room temperature at best which did not help the flavor. Salad had no dressing and the leaves were wilted. Piece of salmon was small. The cheesecake was fine, meatballs were good. The ordering system was confusing and hard to navigate, couldn’t find how to remove or substitute using it. Not the worst meal you can have but compared to other locations I’ve experienced definitely disappointing.
For Swedish food it's not bad, but anything else you shouldn't.
👍🏻
It takes for ever to order. Out of 12 self serve kiosks only 5 work. Specialty coffee machine down.

The new ordering system is very bad. It makes the line like 50m long because all the machines are laggy and confusing. Whoever developed this new ordering system needs to fix it or get fired.

Stay away! The food tastes the same but not a fan of the ordering process and soooooo slow, took over an hour to get the food on the table…ridiculous given how it’s made

Whenever I'm at Ikea in Poland, I like to eat a hot dog, I was hoping that here, because it's a chain, the taste would be at least similar. Nothing could be further from the truth. Sausage and cold roll, with grated beetroot. The taste is completely different from the European version.

Good food, and attention
Never in the history of visiting ikea in 30 yrs have I experienced having to wait for lunch, especially the meatballs and they were out of chicken fingers on a Sunday 12:45pm. I waited 25 minutes to be served food. Unbelievable and totally not the normal for coming to ikea. Totally inefficient

Breakfast is poorly cooked that can’t swallow. The choice is raw ( pan cake is not cooked through) , blend ( the eggs unappetizing) and surely the bacon is BURN!
Meatballs are getting smaller and each one is counted. The best is the sauce.
Can IKEA find someone knows how to cook! Comparing from other countries IKEA restaurants. USA is the worst’s , WHY???

They are out of the popular menu items every time I visit here. Tables are dirty and nothing is available to clean it ourselves. The overall attitude seems to be 'we don't care'

Some of the most disgusting hot dogs I've ever had. The walmart bread was the best part.
