The overall vibe is good…but food was very expensive! The chilli chicken was not spicy at all and lacking flavors! I orderd Kids happy meals and the chicken nugget was raw from inside!

Staff was young and a bit too attentive it felt a she stood there while we tried to decide what to eat. But she was able to advise what foods worked with the allergies of those in our group. Food is delicious but the spicy stuff... my tongue was on fire! Loved the serving style of each dish though.

Our first experience at INCHN’s and I wish I could give a minus star rating. I don’t feel they even deserve 1 star . We ordered chicken biryani that cost 16$ and they gave us a plate full of left of stale rice with 1 small piece of chicken and when we asked the server she said that it was the correct quantity of meat severed per order with absolutely no desire to acknowledge the customer dissatisfaction. We also ordered Manchurian chicken that had a big bowl full of gravy that they served with only a handful of white rice . We have dinned at a wide range of restaurants and if customers are disappointed or dissatisfied basic service etiquette says to offer something complimentary to make up for lack in service. But instead when we asked for some more plain rice to eat Manchurian gravy they said it would cost additional 3$ ! The cherry on top was they having the audacity to charge 21% gratuity without asking if we wanted to tip them . Sorry but no matter how tasty the food may be it can’t undo the foul taste of poor customer service .
