Customer service needs to improve. When client arrives you let them sit if the restaurant is empty instead you let them wait for 10 mins.
Food quality and quantity is good. We ordered Mongolian Beef, Egg Fried Rice, Orange Chicken, chicken corn soup and chicken friend rice.
We had six people never been to restaurant where service charge is added automatically to the bill with six people. On top when they bring the receipt there is space to add tip. Just be aware the service charge is the tip so you get don’t charge twice. Customer should be tipping not the restaurant by themselves for a crappy service.

The latmai paneer is usually a must-try I love it because the flavors are generally rich and perfectly balanced. However, this time it was way too dry, which was disappointing. I’ve had it at a different location where it was a bit saucier, and it was absolutely delicious there..
The chicken fried rice/noodles and burnt garlic fried rice were both standout dishes. The chicken fried rice is flavorful, and so is the burnt garlic fried rice.
On the downside, I’d advise staying away from the momos. The soup they came in tasted off almost spoiled, which ruined the experience.
Overall, I used to really enjoy this place, but I feel like it’s starting to lose its authenticity. The portions are shrinking, and they’ve raised the prices on the menu. It’s sad to see the quality slipping over time.
This is a great option if you are in a mood for some Indian-Chinese cuisine. We have been there a few times and have tried a variety of options from the menu.
we ordered the following this time:
The Lat Mai paneer was a good appetizer recommendation, however it was on the dry side.
Manchow and sweet corn soup was tasty, although the Manchow had excessive onions...
Chicken Chili honey- When served it had pineapple and nowhere on the menu under the description of the entre did they mention it had pineapple. Due to an allergy to pineapple in the family we requested them to swap with something else, but they were nice enough to recook it without pineapple and re-served it. That entre was great!
The Chicken Manchurian we ordered was bland and did not have the taste or consistency of the typical chicken Manchurian. That was a bummer!
Overall good ambiance and service, however they need to get better chefs who know how to cook Indian-Chinese...

Oh boy, I’m surprised this place only has a 3.5 rating. I can only speak from my experience, but I had a great time here. My colleague suggested we visit, so three of us went during peak lunch time. Surprisingly, we were the only customers, which made me a bit nervous. However, we were greeted by the sole person working there, who also took our order and served us. While he wasn’t overly friendly, he wasn’t rude either—just efficient.
We ordered potatoes with spices and chicken 65, both of which were delicious! The potatoes were crispy and flavorful. My colleague mentioned that the last time he had the potato dish, it wasn’t as good, but this time it was spot on. We also had butter chicken with naan and vegetable fried rice, all recommended by our Indian colleague. Everything was served promptly and tasted fantastic. I especially loved the fried rice, which had a nice smoky flavor.
Overall, my experience was excellent, and I’d definitely recommend giving this place a try.

The quality of the food has severely plummeted over the last years. I got noodles and they were absolutely tasteless, it felt like i was eating straight boiled noodles without any sauce. The chinese bhel was literally stale, felt like it was left in the air for hours before it was served to us, and the Indian subzi we got was the worst I have ever tasted in the last 18 years. I have had bad experiences but this was genuinely bad. Not sure if it was just today but it was bad. They did not charge for the subzi when we complained it was bad, I guess that was a better part. However they still made us get something else in replacement for the subzi

The food quality has really decreased at Bamboo garden over past years. We ordered Chinese bhel, Singapore noodles, and paneer lababdar. Everything lacked on taste. The food is super overpriced considering the fact that it didn’t even have any taste. The noodles were tasteless, we had to add the side sauces to get some flavor. The Chinese bhel was stale. The paneer lababdar tasted genuinely bad- we could not even have two bites. They said it could only be ordered in medium spicy, but there was no actual taste to it. I am so surprised that a paneer dish was messed up this bad at an Indian restaurant. We sent the paneer subzi back and asked for refund, but we were told we could only swap it to some other dish, something we were not even interested in at that point. As someone who has always been a fan of indo Chinese cuisine and saw this place as a go-to, it was a very disappointing experience.

My husband and I both drove an hour to get to this restaurant and the service was not the best and we both got food poisoning the same night. I definitely won’t recommend anyone to this location.

Food wasn't tasty and price is exorbitant. They charged 21% default gratuity (as against 18% at most of the other places). The server was in a hurry to get the check. Food quality has gone down considerably, pathetic service (for which I had to pay gratuity being in a party of 4+). Not going to come back here again. As a social service to others reading this review - dont order paneer lababdar.

We come here all the time and always had nice experience. Today we came for my sons and my dads bday and we are not having a nice experience with the person who came to take our food order. He unnecessary attitude but not rude. We asked if if we can order sweet n sour but we dont wanna select chicken or shrimp and with an attitude he said no. When i asked for someone else to take order or manager who i can talk to he said no body is here to help. So we have decided to not come here for special occasions any more because we dont go out to ruin our days.

Food was really good but they charged us 21% gratuity which honestly is a lot. So beware that you need not add an extra tip here.
This is one of the most authentic Hakka that you can have outside of India!! Try their Hakka chow mein and paneer 64, you’ll not regret, even chicken 65 is great but paneer takes the cake here !!

Worst service ever. First of all they need to learn how to treat the customers. They are treating their customers like pet. They always messed up orders. This is my 4th time they messed up. I have ordered paneer 65 and in this shravan month fasting I found a piece of chicken. When I called they said it’s not their fault.
