Today’s experience at this restaurant was bad, they served spoiled food and have no empathy or don’t feel sorry for what they did. No one has ever come to even show some concern with what has happened. As soon as we received the food, we smelled it and could clearly say the biryani was spoiled. I am sure they knew it but do not want to accept what they have done. Worst attitude and worst service, service was always been a concern but today with spoiled food, they proved that, they mean business and no service or quality. Never going there again..

Very disappointing. Service was absolutely horrible. Spent almost 3 hours at the restaurant for appetizers and main dishes. I get the kitchen was busy but at least provide updates. Even getting water seemed like a task.Some of the food came out cold and workers were very rude. Felt rushed even though the table got the main dishes late. Really disappointing because the food is actually decent here!

Very bad food, there food used to be good but now so tasteless, they had the best basil fried rice but now it taste like desi fried rice very disappointed, not recommending at all anymore and don't wanna go back again, their prices got up and food quality went down. Very down.

The ambiance of this place is absolutely beautiful however the food… I would like to point out few things..1. the lamb meat was chewy and we could still get the raw taste2. The spice combination needs work(some were bland and some were saucy.Inchins please work on the tasting of the menu.
We usually eat here a few times out of the year and this last visit was very disappointing. We ordered the fried baby corn, chili honey chicken and American chop suey. The fried baby corn tasted like it was reheated, the chili honey chicken had so much batter that we questioned whether there was actually chicken in it and the American Chopsuey was so-so. Servers were nice and food came out quickly but they didn't ask us if we wanted drinks or desserts which was odd. Since they seem to be skimping on the meat entrees by barely adding any meat I would not recommend ordering anything besides their veggie items in the future. If I have to compare price and quality and overall ambiance, Bombay Chopsticks is a better choice. I do hope that Inchins improves their quality so that we don't lose an Indo Chinese option from our area.
