Not the typical experience from Jamba Juice as the staff barely spoke to us. But we got what we came for and that was that. Nothing to stand out to make us come back.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Jamba location. When I simply asked where the exit was, the lady working there (an older woman) was extremely rude. There was absolutely no reason for that kind of behavior, especially toward a paying customer. Being near closing time is no excuse for treating customers poorly. A business that relies on customers should value respect and courtesy. This left a really bad impression, and I won’t be coming back to this location.

Absolutely the worst place to go to. I came in and right away saw a worker struggling doing multiple tasks, meanwhile the lady who I assume to be in charge didn’t even bother to help or even take my order. Every time I come to this place the wait time is ridiculous and I see struggling teens meanwhile the person in charge is always in the back. Coming here is not worth the wait at all.

If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would. Two Mexican girls were working when I came in—one was nice, but the other had the worst attitude. We ordered five smoothies, and when I asked which one was which, she said, “I don’t know, I called them out when I slid them on the counter.” Are you serious? That’s your job!
To make it worse, when we first asked for a menu, she rolled her eyes like we were bothering her. If this is how they treat paying customers, this place won’t stay open for long.
