I ordered at 9:10a. for a 9:20am pick up order and came to get my order just for the place to be closed with no one inside. Doors are locked but it says it's open at 9am??? Theres multiple people like me waiting outside for our orders as well. My online order and money was taken but no order was given. Waited for over 30 minutes to see if anyone would show up and nothing. This is unacceptable and irresponsible of the store. I would like a refund on my order that was never even given to me.

I’m a human—I get it. We all make mistakes and no one’s perfect. I wasn’t upset that my bowl was made wrong with honey, even though it wasn’t listed as an ingredient. I was just trying to get some clarity or have it remade if needed. If it turned out I forgot to ask for no honey, I would’ve just moved on.

What bothered me was how the situation was handled. I stayed calm and respectful, but I was met with rudeness and attitude like I did something wrong. For the price I’m paying, I expect better customer service. This didn’t need to be escalated—just handled with basic courtesy.

Fun atmosphere with local artist paintings for sale. Food looked good online and pretty close in person. We ordered food and it was just overall lackluster. Staff did the best they could with what they had. My issues are more directed towards the image that corporate and/or management doesn’t care what the establishment looks like. My intention in saying this is : you can upkeep, clean, repair and/or mend equipment and building infrastructure with all the best efforts and good supplies. However, there comes a time when you gotta call it and fork over money to replace stuff.
Your company is supposed to entice me and my hunger to come spend the money i have to work hard for on food that may not look like it went from the manufacturer’s package to a Jamba Juice branded package but sure tasted like that’s what happened.

The artist work there held my interest the most because it looked clean and taken care of.

Doesn’t give the vibe of being put together as a business.
