The strawberry smoothie was too sour. Also the lady behind the counter. Young, brunette lady had an attitude like we were being a bother. Wouldn't come here again.

This place is truly great. With its unique flavorful tastes I truly love this place and would recommend anyone who’s trying to eat healthy to come to this place. This place especially gave me great customer service thanks to Mia. Mia helped us out immensely with her unique experience with customer care. I got an Açaí Bowl and it was a great afternoon snack before going to the gym. This types of food services in America really elevates healthy eating. Love Jamba ?????? ?

I like all the variety of options and the staff works fast. My previous visit was perhaps my best, the girl working their was nice enough to split my juice in two separate clear cups after I got one of the other ones since my kid wanted it in a clear cup. Little small things like this are appreciated.

We came to this location at 7:50 as we came in there was no customers in the place except for 1 other person. While ordering our things I asked the girl in gray with khaki pants if what I was ordering was the açaí bowl and she just kept repeating that it had dragon fruit she then proceeded to give attitude and said “well yeah it is” with a snarky remark. We then sat down to wait for our order and she started throwing buckets around. They then all began talking amongst themselves and ignored doing our order. They were all just standing around laughing and at the end after 5 min they did our order. I get it if we came in at 8:20 but we came in at a good time. They had everything closed out and ready to leave and it bothered them that we came in with orders because they were talking about taking all the fruit out again and the dragon fruit thawing. Overall I won’t go back here teenagers nowadays have to respect for anything and don’t care about customer service if I could give 0 stars I would

I went there i look the menu but i choose to place order for mango smoothie i just told him there was one guy he just checking me out i didnt even pay i change my mind so i said can i cancle it i didnt even pay there was was one white girl she just said its already made i will through in garbage then i paid i took i tried it . It was nothing but just ice and flavour water i through in garbage and left. So sad about it paid 8.84 for it really.

I miss the old Jamba juice where you go see friendly employees and good customer service . I went to Jamba juice to get a chunky strawberry. The employees behind the counter didn’t bother to greet me and had to repeat the order 3 times cause the music was too loud and you can barely hear anything . My chunky was too watery I told her to make it chunky I paid $11 for something good to eat not to throw away. The girl didn’t like it when I said it is too watery she added more fruits and I had big chunks inside. At the end she gave it to me and didn’t even thank me .

25 minutes is a little long to wait for a bowl when there was only one person at the register ahead of me. The place was messy and looked like it had been really busy. One guy did nothing but dishes while I was waiting, one girl left and her replacement started cleaning too. Maybe they were prioritizing online orders but it sure left everyone there feeling slighted. My son says the bowl was good, but the station it came from was pretty trashed.
