If you’re not going to utilize your pick-up rack anymore, please don’t ignore your customers that are waiting for pickups.

I am writing to express my concern about the unsanitary conditions I observed today. The African American men need a training on sanitary. I observed the one guy dusting off counter with his gloves! The same gloves he touched the meat with. He should have immediately changed gloves. That is completely unsanitary. He may have not been advised to do this in training. And I hope they are not touching the register and preparing food without changing gloves as well. I walked out after I saw him dusting off counter.

These conditions are unacceptable and raise serious concerns. This makes me question the cleanliness. I request that you take immediate action to rectify these issues.

Well this is not the Jersey Mike’s experience I am used to usually when I remove a meat they offer me an alternative or extra meat on my order of the kind of meat. I don’t eat bacon and asked if I could substitute for something else and the girl said no we can leave it off that is it

I was at this location one time before and I didn't get the Jersey Mike craze. I honestly didn't like it and never went back. I tried it again after my son gave me some of his sandwiche that he had, I was like oh, that's pretty good. So I decided to give it a 2nd try, well let me tell you, Jersey Mikes have redeemed themselves.

I ordered 2 # 43 which is the chipotle Philly cheese steaks on rosemary parmesian bread, one with onion, no peppers, the other with onions and peppers. Even tho they made the order wrong, not sure how that happened, they offered to remake the sandwich (the one missing the peppers)and I thought why waste food and said no. They did make the peppers and put them in a bowl for me. This sandwich is absolutely fantastic. Literally it was so good. The meat wasn't dry or gross, they bread was soft and the chipotle mayo, so good. I will be back to get this sandwich again. Thanks Jersey Mikes for changing my mind about you.

Pick up customer in front of me was told they are making their sandwiches on wheat bread if that’s ok because they ran out of white bread. I gave cashier my name, she grabbed my order for me. Never said a word about my white bread that was ordered. Got home and opened sandwich to find NOT white bread. Not sure why the website doesn’t reflect when they run out of something. Do they sub out meats as well? Tried to call the store to get refund 3x but no one answers the phone. They have my phone number and email address. I would have told them to CANCEL my order IF they called, emailed or texted to ask me about changing the bread and saved myself a trip and aggravation .

**update:I did reach out to owner the day he responded to me with info he requested and haven’t received any response from that yet. Their “concern” may be all for appearance.

Wish I could eat here but these guys put on gloves to operate the cash register (?) and then go straight to your sandwich with the same gloves🤢 The guy slicing meat and cheese stopped slicing, took a pen from the ‘community’ pen cup, wrote a few things down the right back to slicing cheese, same gloves. If this is what they are doing in the front, what are they doing in the back? I had to walk out 🤷‍♀️

Just went here. All was going well with my order until I got to the cash register to pay. I decided to pay half cash and half on card since my card didn’t go through. I asked the cashier it’s still showing up as the amount that was shown with out the cash. And I mentioned it doesn’t show up on the screen and shows the previous amount. She spoke to me in a rude tone and said “ ma’am well that’s what I’m seeing on the screen. Please tell your employee to treat everyone with respect. I was really polite and nice and expect the same energy from your employees I’ve work in the food industry before and did not treat costumers like this.

Horrible. I got the Philly and it does not look/taste like it.

I will not be coming back here again. Workers are not too friendly either

Go to Cafe Zupas and see how the employees react towards customers. They are amazing and greet everyone with a smile.

I am one who always wants to give compliments and not complaints. How si ever, when necessary I do make my concerns known. I made my concern known with Jersey Mike. I did speak with a few people from upper management Tyler being one of them. I do know that companies respond and have you reach out and never respond to you reaching out to them as requested. I am glad to say in this case the company responded to my concern in a timely manner. I wanted to acknowledge the professionalism and the accountability. I am one satisfied customer. thank you for your service!!!

The new GM there is amazing, he made my sandwiches himself, I had to get on the phone to make sure my wife and kids' order was correct. He was patient as we had to start over. Sociable and the team seemed to rally around him, not the same Jersey Mike's I was at 2 months ago for sure!

Wow, easily the best Jersey Mike's around. Ingredients always fresh, and always very early. One time they screwed up my order, but responded by refunding me very fast and offered to make me a free sub next visit. Also very generous on toppings!
