The new GM there is amazing, he made my sandwiches himself, I had to get on the phone to make sure my wife and kids' order was correct. He was patient as we had to start over. Sociable and the team seemed to rally around him, not the same Jersey Mike's I was at 2 months ago for sure!

Wow, easily the best Jersey Mike's around. Ingredients always fresh, and always very early. One time they screwed up my order, but responded by refunding me very fast and offered to make me a free sub next visit. Also very generous on toppings!

Had to give a shout out to the crew working today, Sunday 11/17 at 2pm! Friendly faces, efficient and thorough, and timely service! I’ve had not-so-great experiences in the past at this location so have not been here in a while, but I’m not one to give bad reviews so I never posted about those experiences.

Today, I was pleasantly impressed by how hardworking these guys were, friendly even though they were super busy, AND they got my order right!! You have regained an old customer!

Kudos to today’s crew!

Each time i come here, theres always something shifty going on. Customer service is better at a short staffed waffle house. Tonight, one of the employees was wearing a durag. While people in the service line talking loudly spitting all over the food they were preparing. Nasty.

I had a poor experience at this location, hoping it was just an off day because I really like JM's

I know it takes a good 5-10 minutes to make a hot sandwich to order, so 10 minutes before I arrived, I placed a phone order. The idea was to arrive at the restaurant with my sandwich already made ahead of time so that I could just eat then leave, because I was short on time. The person said no problem on the phone. I arrive at the restaurant to find they haven't even started on the order at all. Keep in mind this was 30 after they opened in the day, the restaurant had no customers inside. I was the only one, so it's not like they were busy. They should have had plenty of prep time.

I ended up leaving because I didn't have time to wait for them to start the order from scratch. In hindsight, the phone call i made was completely useless, and you can't depend on anyone nowadays. Like guys, it's not that hard to communicate.

I'm not interested in getting an AI response to copy-paste this feedback to a manager. I just want the employees to actually attempt not to be mediocre.

Walked in the store and wasn’t acknowledged by any of the 3 people behind the counter. Was in for a pick up. When I got home I realized they made both of my sandwiches entirely wrong. Swapped ingredients including meat and cheese. They were a mess and one was unedible.

Love this place. I grew up in NJ. This is a little bit of home wherever I am!

If the bald guy is there, he is gonna get your order wrong. I’m allergic to peppers and both times I’ve gone there he’s put peppers on my sandwich even tho I’ve asked for none. I know it gets busy but it’s not that hard.

First bad experience at a Jersey Mike's. Ordered a #8 that comes with bacon and Mayo. Usually they ask if I want them and I say yes. This time the person who was putting sandwich together didn't seem to know that they go on a #8. So when I asked for red pepper relish she put that on then when I reminded about the Mayo and bacon she just dropped globs of Mayo on top of the relish. The sandwich was a mess with way too much Mayo that was impossible to scrape off. Yuck. The other guys were standing around watching and didn't help or correct her. No Bueno.
I'm sure this is a rarity because of the dozens of subs I've had here never happened before. Hope it never happens again.

It's expensive for a sub place but worth it. I got only a regular sized heated mushroom sandwich and it was over $10!! I ate chips and a drink from home to save money.

They can never do what you want, always wanting to do the Sandwich’s their own way, I ask for the no peppers and onions what do they do, they add it. And I don’t realize it until 15min after driving to work. Need to fix management here, this is not right!

It's always good but a sandwich chips and a drink shouldn't cost $17 and then have a request for a tip staring you in the face when you pay.
