Came in with my daughter today to a dining room with almost all the tables dirty, some music blaring in the kitchen that obviously was not Jersey Mikes radio (they were listening to some rap/hip hop that was not family friendly) and two crew who looked like they hated their jobs. No smiles, no handwashing and no thank you. I understand when food service workers have a bad day, but for me to be there for almost 30 minutes and not see a single ounce of sanitation after touching their phones, and heading straight to gloves to make another customers food, it is appalling. Norovirus is going around big time this season, please make sure your employees are educated on food safety. I haven't had this bad of an experience in a Jersey Mike's in quite a while and will continue to go to another location. Monday Jan 6th 2:45 PM.

The minute I walked in even before I checked the board menu and even before I had made a decision. I was jumped on verbally by the young counter male server. I Ordered a BLT regular on white. bacon was a crumbly over cooked mess well noticeable at unwrapping spilling out of the wrapping. Nasty presentation poor quality food and customer service. Serving lettuce notably rotten. But staff show the lack of interest in quality control and food safety.

They’re not wrong with the female manager seeming like she hates her life but everyone else is super nice and I love their food! I work next to them so they give me an employee discount, love coming here on my lunch breaks!

I went to this location with my friend the other day and I was served by the worker Michelle, my friend ordered a regular and I ordered a mini. I clearly said mini, but Michelle made 2 regulars to make it easier for herself, and charged me for a regular without asking. She is often there when I come in, and she always makes the environment very negative, I don’t think I’ve ever seen her smile, and she always responds to me in a rude tone like she has no interest in speaking to me. As someone who works in costumer service, I know that no matter my mood, I have a smile on my face whenever I am helping a costumer, so I don’t understand how she, as someone who has worked there often for a while, doesn’t have proper costumer service etiquette. Please handle this situation accordingly.

I went inside and ordered a sub when what seems to be the manager Michelle interrupted my conversation with another employee and told him to start cleaning the bathrooms while he was making my sandwich. After I got my sandwich, I ate inside and Michelle was barking orders at the employees left and right while she was just sitting on her phone eating snacks. Please get a better manager and help those poor workers. I am furious
My husband went to pick up two sandwiches. We placed the order on the phone. Store Manager was not happy, but took the order. I alway's call to place my order. I'm not changing the way I do things. If they can't take my order, I will go somewhere else who will

Ordered ONE sub sandwich for delivery and they took over an hour to even notify me that I wasn't getting my food cause they didn't have the ingredients. I will never be coming here again. Go to a different location if you actually ever want to get your food. I have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism in my life.

I only gave a 1 star because I had no choice and had to in order to write a review. This is the worst Jersey mikes I have even been to. The workers here are very unprofessional and very rude. They also do not have and idea what they are doing. They charged us for sandwiches that were never given to us. Then we went back to talk about it and they were telling us that they had given us all the sandwiches which there was no way when we ordered 7 sandwiches and we only got 6. This place needs better management and training on customer service skills/organization.

They also do not have and idea what they are doing. They charged us for sandwiches that were never given to us. Then we went back to talk about it and they were telling us that they had given us all the sandwiches which there was no way when we ordered 7 sandwiches and we only got 6. This place needs better management and training on customer service skills/organization.

There was a guy that came out of the bathroom with dirt all over his clothes and sneezing talking about how May I help you. This guy looked like he was dragged through twenty dumpsters. I politely declined him touching any food. Do yourself a favor and get a new crew because you’re dealing with peoples food.
