Ordered ONE sub sandwich for delivery and they took over an hour to even notify me that I wasn't getting my food cause they didn't have the ingredients. I will never be coming here again. Go to a different location if you actually ever want to get your food. I have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism in my life.

I only gave a 1 star because I had no choice and had to in order to write a review. This is the worst Jersey mikes I have even been to. The workers here are very unprofessional and very rude. They also do not have and idea what they are doing. They charged us for sandwiches that were never given to us. Then we went back to talk about it and they were telling us that they had given us all the sandwiches which there was no way when we ordered 7 sandwiches and we only got 6. This place needs better management and training on customer service skills/organization.

There was a guy that came out of the bathroom with dirt all over his clothes and sneezing talking about how May I help you. This guy looked like he was dragged through twenty dumpsters. I politely declined him touching any food. Do yourself a favor and get a new crew because you’re dealing with peoples food.

Music is just a bit too loud for sandwich maker to hear your order. As your sandwich is being made you re attempt to monitor how its being made is seen as irritating. The last time I ordered every time I coached the preparer through the assembly with an instruction he stopped, gave me an irritated turn of the head and an evil eye. The sandwich was made wrong. Instead of just starting over he blamed the mistake on me and tried to brush off the vinegar? When i.had asked to have the subcut in half he cut it in four pieces. Was he irritated my order took him away from this phone? I suspect so. I guess I don't mind the $20 sub but the side of attitude, lack of dedication and pride in workmanship to ensure my orders is correct takes away from me enjoying it. Not a one time problem!
Order was rung up rung. When I questioned it, another employee decided to aggressively interject himself. I asked for a refund and after arguing about it, I was refunded everything but my tip! I called corporate customer service and they were useless. The person expected me to forward my credit card via email so she could email it to someone else. Really??? Ever heard of credit card fraud? She then told me to make ab appointment with the store manager. An appointment??? At this point I told her to keep it and that I would NEVER go to another one of there establishments ever again. Mistreat enough customers and you will eventually be out of business.

This place has become one of my favorite Jersey Mikes locations. The guy at the register is a really pleasant fellow who brightens your day. Plus there is outdoor seating. My only suggestions would be for them to add some umbrellas to the patio tables.

Got Veggie sub today. I love that place but this is horrible!! Paper thin slices of cheese in a Veggie sandwich!! You guys remind me more on Subway this days. Love the staff!
