I had a very disappointing experience during my recent visit. We ordered six sandwiches, and from the start, the employee assisting us had an unpleasant attitude. She appeared visibly annoyed throughout the entire transaction and repeatedly scoffed whenever we asked for anything extra or made modifications to our sandwiches.

After getting home, we realized that two of the sandwiches were made incorrectly. We called the store to let them know, and the same young lady answered the phone. When we explained the issue, she asked if we wanted to come back. We said no and requested a refund instead. While we were waiting for her to assist us further, she abruptly hung up the phone.

Customer service like this is unacceptable, especially when placing a large order. Mistakes can happen, but the attitude and lack of professionalism made this experience extremely frustrating. I hope management addresses this, as it reflects poorly on the store.

Absolutely the worst service in a long time not just here but in fast food in general. Wife and I were the only ones in at around 11:40 and the African American girl working didn’t look like she wanted to be there. Couldn’t hear her when she talked. She proceeded to make my order then dropped everything to do online orders so we had to wait for those.. then when it came back to our order she didn’t even remember what it was and almost made it wrong and when we corrected her she huffed and puffed and rolled her eyes at us. Then she did the same with other customers once more people started coming in. The whole staff was like this not just her but the girl who made our meal should be fired. Don’t know why people would want people like this working for them, they don’t care about their job so what makes you think they will care about our orders.

Placed an order online and went to pick it up, but nobody was working at the restaurant at 6:30pm (closing time is 9pm). My credit card was charged and there was no way to track the order or cancel the order online! Called the restaurant many times but nobody was picking up the phone most of the time, and when someone answered, he/she dropped the call immediately! This is a very bad business practice to place an order online and the order to go through when nobody is working at the restaurant. Avoid this place in Schaumburg and avoid placing online orders via Jersey's Mike's website.

I mistakenly ordered a chicken Philly but the manager was graceful and changed my order. My Philly steak was delicious.

Messed up my order. The manager lady in the mornings gets an attitude with me like im the one that messed up the order. Doesn’t apologize for getting the order wrong either. Have some basic customer service skills at least.

It’s 1 pm in the afternoon, and it’s quite empty, even though it’s the first day of school at the local district. I can only imagine that other locations would be bustling with students and staff, but this location was quiet and relaxing. Quality stuff!
