Amazing last minute customer service from Jack and Kevin. Got out of work late and was craving a sandwich and unfortunately was only able to come in right at close. I spoke with the staff and apologized and they said absolutely no problem and would make a delicious sandwich the Mikes way! This was quality service and I have to thank you both for an amazing job and service well done that is above the rest!

My husband ordered the turkey provolone for me and I wanted my meat cooked it was barely cooked and bread was very soggy I was disappointed honestly, no mayo or mustard was placed on my sandwich and I asked him to tell them everything except onions. Really said that staff workers don’t take the time to provide great service and pride when making people’s food such a shame.

I waited over 10mins for an online order that should have already been ready Took them over 5mins to even acknowledge me. And when they asked who the order was for he turned around and sat back in a chair like he was on a break. And the man working the line didn’t acknowledge me at all.

Really can't tell you how the food was because I never received it. Placed an order through the app and it was sent thru door dash. They gave me a number to contact the dasher but they never picked up or answered my text. I get a message saying my food was delivered but I never got it. I called the store and left a message and still haven't gotten any word back on my food. It was a sandwich and a cookie. Nothing difficult or complicated. All they did was take my money.

Went at 4pm. The place was empty. Staff had no sense of urgency. Manager looked over the counter when I walked in and just kept filling a chip rack. No greeting just left me standing there waiting. When she finally Took my order she just sounded annoyed. I would say come for the food, but don’t look for the service
