1st time ever doing and review but I had to brutal service all around1st time delivering and trying to my houseOrdered online from jets pizza in SchaumburgThey missed multiple of my items and refused to bring any back or refund me they would only give me credit. Pizza was cold swell they missed half the order. Need refunded asap as food was cold and missing parts of my order. Why would I go back and buy from a pizza company that doesn’t have high standards to have a “credit” disgrace to be called a franchise? Brutal customer service!Definitely will never order again from here as management did not care had to dispute through my bank. Due to their poor management.
I hit this place up to get my crispy fluffy doughy pizza fix. Can't say I've ever been disappointed getting pizza here. I usually order one for lunch and I can have it for a few lunches/dinner. It is different than Chicago style, but I ain't complaining one bit.

The quality of the food isn’t bad about this place, it’s the service. They’ve gotten my order wrong the past 2-3x. I’ve ordered in the span of 3 months. I used to be a huge fan but I can’t be spending almost fifty bucks each time for mistakes. I live half an hour away. The last time was my last time ordering from this location.

My husband loves the pizza. I tried a ham and cheese calzone, wasn't impressed. The calzone was great but, the filling was lacking. Plenty of cheese, lettuce and tomatoes but, practically had to search for the ham!!!
Ordered there for the first time tonight instead of my usual rosatis. Took almost a hour and a half just for 1 small pizza and some bread , and it was so much more expensive. It reminded me and my bf of little Caesar’s. Just eh , nothing great about it . Sticking to rosatis from now on. Better and cheaper.
