This Jewel-Osco is literally the best place that I had ever been to! It is just perfect. I am really impressed and amazed with their service. All of their staff are working so fast and hard. They are really nice and they really care about their customers. They are always willing to assist and guide the customers. Outstanding service. This place is full of amazing items, all of their products here are very affordable, and everything you can see inside this place is worth buying. You can find anything here, all the things we need for our daily essentials, and even imported products that are so hard to find. Jewel-Osco is really a must-visit. If you are nearby this area you should stop in and give their items a try. This place never disappoints. But I suggest visiting here earlier as you can because the main problem with their place is the long lines and the crowd. Maybe because many people are really a fan of them and really love their place. That is why this place is always busy and most of the time it is crowded. But still, the place is amazing. I am looking forward to my next visit. I will definitely go here again when I have some free time. Thank you for giving me such an awesome experience and wonderful service! My auntie and uncle with my niece will visit us next week. So my mom ordered me and my brother to shop here to buy some ingredients for the food that we will cook next week. My brother will be the driver. He parked it easily because there was a lot of vacant parking. As we enter, my brother grabs a cart and we go straight to the pasta selection. My brother has a list in his hand while pushing the cart while I grab the food that he said. After an hour we bought all the things we needed. We also buy chocolate for ourselves to eat while driving. We fell in line at the counter because one of the customers was ahead of us. After 10 minutes it's our time and the staff is nice while he is packaging our groceries. As we exit some cars blocking our car. So we ask the security who is the owner of it. After a minute the owner of the car apologized to us. We went home safe and secure.

Went to this store on the way to a friends. I was bringing fried chicken for dinner. The warmer was broke so they did not have a lot of stuff out. The employee went out of his way and cried us the potatoes we wanted for the side. What a great job it was appreciated. And when it was ready I got. A page over head to come pick it up.

It is always logical to have two employees standing there talking yet the only checkout lines are self checkout lines. Two other employees are stocking shelves with their masks around their chin. I may as well go shop at Walmart and save $ if I have to check myself out and deal with nonsense.

Yet another spoiled item. Getting really tired of paying for overpriced food. Bought a pack of Carmel apples with a sell by date of today. Thank goodness I cut it open. Rotten to the core ???. Money back please. Plus. Your deli people are extremely rude and clearly make customers wait if they are doing something else.

I generally have a good experience with a few exceptions. Today I paid $10.99 for what was labeled a Honey Crisp Apple Pie. (Regular Apple pies were $8.99). We cut into it tonight and it was a Peach Pie made from canned peaches. To say we were disappointed was an understatement! Please label things properly!! Also, the baggers need to be trained better ie; putting heavy items on top of bread and eggs, overfilling bags, throwing bags into the cart. For the amount of money I pay weekly at this store, I expect better!
