This place rarely gets an order correct, complete incompetence.
And Jimmy John's, Yes I already shared my experience through your link. I was offered the opportunity to drive all the way back to the restaurant 3 hours later for the bag of chips that was left out of my order. Not worth my time.

I ordered a few weeks ago & an item was missing from my order. So I called & they offered me a generous credit. I ordered again & my order was wrong. In order to use the credit, I had to call in my order, but was put on hold for a long time just to confirm the total price, which was actually incorrect. So my delivery person got a huge tip & I didn't really get a credit. They also didn't include a straw for my drink, which is not a problem on its own, but in light of the two incorrect orders, I'll be ordering elsewhere from now on.
This Jimmy John's is a hit or miss. why have the Customize your sandwich on the App if you don't accommodate?
Tuna sandwich today didn't even have the standard cucumbers as advertised. Extra lettuce and onion ordered on both sandwiches became, barely any lettuce and a few strands of onion.
Good Points: Today they didn't forget the whole pickle and the drive up is convenient.

I ordered ahead on the app, was notified my order was ready for pick up, and I'm still waiting. I've been in line for over 16 minutes... no exaggerationUpdate: after 22 minutes I got my food and it's bad. Rock hard bread and the turkey is bad. $20 down the drain ??????
