Major shout out to Riley and Lanie you two are truly setting the bar for excellence with regards to sandwich making as well as customer service I ordered a gargantuan combo everything tasted super fresh bread was like it was just baked. The whole shop has that fresh bread smell so yummy. The shop was very neat and clean fountain drink area clean was very orderly and well organized bathrooms are spotless clean as well and smelled good as well and we’re stocked with all the proper soaps and toiletries and paper towels.

This Jimmy John's is not drive thru,but plenty of parking right in front. The employees were extremely nice and friendly. Even smiled the whole time... very good. And my Tuna with provolone and Jimmy peppers...mmmmm

If you plan to order delivery here, get ready to have your order be either wrong or someone else’s everytime. This has happened 3 times now and I’m just done jumping through hoops for mediocre food.
I will say the manager did give me $20 in store credit but I’d rather drive my car into oncoming traffic on Golf Rd than try to order again.
Drive further down and go to Jersey Mikes instead.
After reading other reviews, they are definitely spot on about the employees too.

This is my favorite JJ’s location on planet earth. I come here multiple times a week for now multiple years. They have never once made a mistake on my order. I typically eat in the restaurant and I’ve never seen anyone complain in the store. The staff radiates positivity and are unbelievably welcoming. I’m surprised to see this location has a lower rating because I’ve been to JJs across the Midwest and this is easily the most efficient and friendly locations there is. I have absolutely no affiliation to the store or any of its employees, but this is ran so incredibly well.
Food was not ready. Wrap was made incorrectly. Ham was all fat and the broom and dust pan were on the area where sandwiches are made!!! Stay away from this location. Not first time this has happened.

Placed order online while in parking lot, could see there were NO customers in store. Waited 15 minutes to go in, she was still making the basic, cold sandwich. Bit into sandwich and got a mouthful of peppers, then looked in sandwich to see they were all piled in one place rather than spread over sandwich. Bread was dry. Will avoid this location.
