Arrived at 3pm on February 18. There was an older white male JJ employee (maybe 45 years old) that hugged a younger female employee. It was creepy and he should be punished accordingly. I know how power dynamics work. This was highly inappropriate. Sandwich was great though

I’ve been waiting over an hour and have called multiple times and either they hang up or something because I ordered online for delivery and I paid online but still haven’t gotten food update it’s 8:15 I placed the order at 5:45 and I still haven’t gotten in

I ordered the new Smokey cheddar Bourbon club, and there was no cheese on it! The rest tasted good, but would’ve liked to get the full sandwich. A little disappointed.

Ordered two sandwiches with lettuce wrap to go over the weekend.
The cashier was kind of annoyed that I was taking long to choose a sandwich .. Eventually, she suggested me something.
The actual place looks clean;lots of cool signs to explore, so You definitely won’t be bored sitting alone and eating there :)
The sandwich was so-so. Had so much lettuce in the sandwich, that I couldn’t taste the beef at all. Once I removed all the lettuce, it became pretty tasty :)

i have autism so it generally focus on one food for a few months at a time, i get jimmy johns everyday and they are always so nice and so fast, always greeting me and saying goodbye, they’re all so sweet there and don’t make me feel weird for eating the same thing everyday

Came in and the manager told me to get out and don't come back. She had a huge attitude. If you hate your job that much then leave, don't take it out on someone trying to get lunch. Not the first negative experience I've had here but it's a convenient stop for me during work. Don't waste your time or money here. At least until someone that can actually be professional works there. I had to eat my sandwich in a gas station.
I unexpectedly needed additional sandwiches for a family event. I called Jimmy John’s and spoke with the manager Rob. He was able to get a party platter together for me within and hour and an half and helped my event come together smoothly. He was very pleasant on the phone and I appreciated his kindness in helping me out with my situation. I would definitely go back to the location on Golf Road in Schaumburg for future events. Took my son for a quick lunch this past Father’s Day. When entering we were greeted by a gentleman that was running the restaurant all on his own. It appeared that there might have been some call outs, but you wouldn’t have known with this man. He was taking phone orders, cashing out dine in customers and preparing all the food. True professional.
I’ve been in the hospitality business for 30 years and have owned several of restaurants from fine dining to fast food, and I could honestly say that the owners of this location have a gem. I wish I would have asked his name.
Gave 5 stars for food because it was the freshest bread I have ever had at a JJ.
Gave 5 Stars for service because this man not only made our sandwiches, but served them to our table when ready.
Gave 5 stars for atmosphere because when this man wasn’t busy he was talking sports with my son.
This location is a bit further from my house, but will be making the drive because of my experience.
