The atmosphere was amazing because I really enjoyed the decor❤️ The people were very friendly and although we did eat inside, there was plenty of seating outside. we ordered a lot of food so we can take some home and I did think it was a bit pricey but I definitely really enjoyed my food🥳 so I would go back and order the same food at the same price. it definitely was a plus that the food was really good!!! like I said the people were very friendly and helpful and this review is from the summer of 2024. sorry I just forgot to put it up right away but I'm sure if you stop in this Jimmy John's, you'll have amazing experience and I also liked it because the atmosphere was pretty peaceful✔️🌞❤️👍
Parking: This place has tons of parking so it's very likely you'll be able to find a spot, no matter what time of the day you decide to either👍
Kid-friendliness: I feel like this is definitely a family place because there's a lot of indoor and outdoor seating and also when you order a fountain drink there's free drink refills which is always a plus when you have a group👍
Wheelchair accessibility: What I remember, this place was very handicapped accessible but it was like 6 months since I've been there, so it's always best to call in advance and ask.

I had ordered a meal online and I think something got a bit funky in delivery (understandable cause my office can be hard to fine) and the team was kind and helpful. The manager, Kenny, personally made me a new order and delivered it to me. I really appreciate the care they have for their customers!
Me again, a few months later coming back to say once again, that I love this place. They are having an issue with their soda machine and Kenny came here personally to let me know and make sure I got the soda I ordered and at the best quality. I love this place and it is my go to for lunch orders.

Been here a few times and as usual ordered #6. What was I thinking..? Paid for xtra avocado, and when I didn't see it in the sandwich, here is how they served it - a spoonful on a piece of paper. I'm uninstalling the app and would never visit this place again.

Came here last Saturday, the girl who took our order was new and had no clue what she was doing and had no help. her coworkers started playing patty cake right behind her saying “we work at jimmy John’s we don’t have to be professional” what a joke!

Took over nearly an hour to get one sandwich. Very unorganized. Folks that ordered after me got food first. Finally got mine before others that ordered ahead of me. No one seemed to be in charge. People were leaving without getting their food. No offer to make it right. Terrible experience

Possibly the worst customer experience I’ve had in years. Ordered on the app to be delivered to me at work. I ordered before the store was even open but requested a delivery time between 11:30-11:45. At 11:54 the app finally said the order went out for delivery. At 12:20 it was finally in my hand. Then I found the sandwich had been made incorrectly.I called the store to see what could be done and was given two option. 1. I could come by to pick up the right sandwich……. WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THAT?!?!?2. They offered to cancel void to order entirely. The very enthusiastic manager (sarcasm) who sounded like he’s about 19 then said “ok it’s voided” I said “great thanks for that” THEN HE JUST HANGS UP WITHOUT ANYTHING ELSE!I order from this store nearly every other Saturday for my lunch at work. I never want to return now.
