Always good when I've been here. Have come many times. Love there waffle with strawberry's for breakfast. Also love their BLT sandwiches. At least you know you are having a BLT. They do not skimp on the bacon.
Kid-friendliness: It's a small place but they are very friendly and have never had any problems with kids of any size and or age that I have ever noticed.
Parking: In a regular parking lot with a Walgreens and other businesses. More then ample room.
Hidden gem! Been passing this establishment up for years. I thought why not have a try this morning. Retro vibes. I was attended to immediately, food came out quickly, service is good but could be better (like checking on refills or when a customer is ready for the check)Spoiled myself with a big breakfast. Snagged a refilled hot cocoa $3.40, chicken chilaquiles $12 garnished with cilantro, and a side order of hash browns $3.15 (hash was alright, nothing a dash of pepper can't fix to boost its taste)Overall what a great dining experience! Plan on returning.
Nasty! I really hesitated leaving a review because I know these are hard times but after paying $50 in breakfast that was so nasty, I am beyond mad at my self for paying for garbage food, we ordered omlets, not hard to make, the hash browns were burnt, the chorizo is idk what kinda meet it was like bacon bits - the best part of the meal was the server I felt bad she was really nice but the food overall was terrible - Idk how they have so many great reviews- it was our first and last time that’s for sure! Don’t waist your money!
Kens is a long-standing hidden gem in Schaumburg. Great breakfast and lunch, good atmosphere. Lots of regulars like to come to Kens, and the staff takes the time to get to know the customers. We have been going for 10 years now! Kandila omelet and chicken tenders are my favorite.
Family and I are from out of state and found this must visit restaurant. Service was simply amazing. Food was amazing. Prices were amazing. Just go and enjoy.
Worst place ever! Restaurant out of a Breaking Bad episode! Never, i repeat never eat there. Was that bacon on my plate next to 2 fried eggs or fried slabs from the deceased owners back muscles. So gross! Only customers in a horror film get served food like my son and i recieved. Must say waiter was very cordial and professional. We'll never go back to this place. Be warned!!
Nice little Mom & Pop place. Breakfast and lunch only, but good food nonetheless. One of my "usual places."
I’ve got nothing negative to say about the love. From the reservation process to the meal itself, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience. Would highly recommend this restaurant to everyone!
We loved the nice environment and the menu. The staff are super affable. I am content we finally decided to try this restaurant.
Very good place. Had the Espanola omelet and it was fantastic! Nice cozy little spot but wish they open late. Overall great place! ?

I love this little restaurant it’s the best comfort food and it’s a neighborhood restaurant and small business and I love supporting that!! They have really great food and awesome staff.
My husband and I come here every so often and we just love it. They've got great food at reasonable prices.
We just left this hidden gem. Great service, and generous portions! This fed my family if 6 and we couldn’t even finish it all! The best pancakes we have had! So happy we visited and if you are traveling with a family I recommend you stop here ?
Great for breakfast and lunch… love the food and we always get great service!
Just about everything there is really good. Easy to get into a conversation with others there. Cathy is a great waitress.
