It's inside a grocery store and the place is small. Donuts are brought in so they aren't as fresh as the original place. They also didn't have much variety.
Unfortunately can't review the food. Placed a third party app order and when I arrived they were all out of donuts. Had to put in a refund on the app. Feel like there should be a way for the store and the app to communicate before customers come out if they know they have no food. Employee polite and helpful though.

Who doesn’t love Krispy Kreme? Their donuts were incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious! If you haven’t tried their new maple donut yet, you’re seriously missing out. You can’t go wrong with the classic glazed or the chocolate iced filled donuts either—so good! I definitely recommend them and will happily remain a loyal customer.

Gryffindor donuts were sold out by 10am (…which checks out), but I ordered/paid 24 hours in advance for my dozen, so they were set aside for me. Super easy pickup. Made my crew very happy!

Drove over an hour to get the harry potter donuts. Placed a pickup order about 1 hour and a half prior to arrival. Said they had them in stock. Expected my donuts to be put to the side due to high demand. When I arrived, worker said they ran out. It was 11am and almost everything was empty. This was the worst experience ever. Do not come here unless you want to be disappointed
Bait and Switch- Placed an order for the Harry Potter donuts, it was confirmed, took work off and drove an hour to come get it, and they “ran out” when I got there.

My husband drove an hour and 15 minutes to get the Harry Potter donuts this morning which were debuting today. The employee showed up 15 minutes late (there was a crowd of moms and kids all dressed up in harry potter costumes by the time he got there), and then he said he's never heard of them and they don't have them. My husband urged him to check because they were highly advertised and are a pretty big deal, so the kids begrudgingly went to the back and found the donuts. He packed them hp haphazardly, but with no sorting hat donuts, which everyone was the so so disappointed about. Arguable the most fun donuts of the lot. AND he packed them in a normal box. My husband asked where the harry potter box was and he said they didn't have that either, but did not check further. What a crap experience and a horrible decision by management not to have prepared even slightly for such a major promotional event.
