Started with the fried pickles and buffalo chicken dip. When our burgers came out, the portions were massive. Great fries and the burgers were a feat to behold. Everything was delicious, timely, and provided with great service. Going so close to Halloween felt like a treat with all the decorations on top of the “normal” decor. What a fun place to try and would recommend to anyone!

Great burgers with some very different and creative combinations of ingredients and add ons. Note that the music is loud and metal, fine with me but be advised if that is a deal breaker for you

The burgers were awesome!!! The pretzels bun so good, the theme, the options.
The Mac and cheese was kinda meh, not worth it but in general this place is cool!

Ordered our burgers medium and they came out rare, and I mean still-mooing rare. My mom’s burger even had a hair on it. Also offered a chicken sandwich, but the bun was way larger than the sandwich itself. The pretzel buns weren’t eve toasted and took up 70% of the burgers and sandwiches. Honestly, I could overlook most of that (except the hair) if the burgers actually tasted good, but they were completely unseasoned, just thick, bland blocks of beef. Really disappointing overall.
I do want to say that the staff was super nice and accommodating. If it weren’t for them we would have walked out.

If you’re not a fan of heavy metal AND delicious burgers, you might want skip this place. The music is loud and uncensored. The wait staff is dyed, pierced, and tatted. But the service was amazing and the burger only slightly less amazing. Next time I’m trying the Mac N Cheese and skipping the hand cut fries (mine were mushy).

This is my second time at Kuma’s. Their burgers are amazing, both in presentation and taste. The chili cup was fantastic. Then, Oktoberfest draft beers. Lots of metal music, servers that really know what they’re offering and serving, awesome place to go!

Pretty rad place, I had some Mac and cheese. Heavy rock on the stereo. The server was pleasant and informative, and knew the beers that they had. I'll go back next time I'm in the area.

Food was good, atmosphere was great but the prices are way too much for a burger. Seriously it was $105 for two burgers, 2 drinks and an old fashioned- I've paid less at a steak house for better food

Food is decent and the burgers are tasty, but the place itself is a mistake. The music is so loud you can’t even hear your own thoughts, let alone the friends you came with. They automatically add a 20% gratuity to the bill; let me decide how much to tip based on the service and food quality.
