This place is great for a party or just some fun with games or bowling. The price and quality of the food was quite good. Philly steak sandwich and tater tots was a great combo! Games and bowling are very expensive. It’s best to spend more with a game card to save more, but the cost really adds up quickly. Service was really good! Thomas was attentive and got the order right. He also saved my forgotten credit card. Thanks, Thomas! Giving this a 4-star rating mainly due to price of the fun, not the food.

The strangest interaction ever. Our friends made reservations here to bowl and drove an hour away to meet us. As we arrive, there’s a sign posted on the front door that says “no bowling due to a private event.” So we go up to the front desk and say “We have a reservation to bowl at 7:30 pm.” The girl at the front desk says “Yes, under *insert friend’s name?” We said, “Yes, that’s us.” She says “okay?” and looks at us like we’re morons. We said “But your sign says no bowling due to a private event.” And she says “Oh yeah, no. You can’t bowl.” End of conversation. No apologies for the inconvenience. Nothing. I’d understand your website potentially glitching and allowing booking when you have a private party, but an apology (or even a phone call ahead of time) would go a long way.

Haven't been here since it was Level 257, Great atmosphere, fun games to play, great food. Go here on Sundays and get a free hour of play when you order an adult meal. Definitely will go again!
Customer service sucks. This review is for the bowling only. First they told us that there was a 2 hour wait for bowling. However, they called us back in 30 minutes when we were off doing another activity because we thought we would have 2 hours. They also had multiple empty lanes but wouldn’t let us bowl. Would not recommend.

On Mondays, this place is the most reasonably priced arcade out of any I’ve been to. Thank you for providing a place where people can enjoy themselves at amazing prices. Other than that, the staff has been really kind and makes me feel welcome. Definitely coming here every Monday.

IT'S MORE A HIGH SCHOOL KIDS, COLLEGE PREPPY GAMES, TOYS , IT'S DEFINITELY NOT AN ADULT VENUE, WENT TO GO SEE LIVE BAND THERE, AND I COULD BARELY EVEN SEE THE BAND OR HEAR BECAUSE EVERYBODY WAS STANDING LIKE THEY WERE AT A FESTIVAL. PEOPLE DISRESPECTFUL IN BLOCKED MY WHOLE ENTIRE VIEW. THE SERVICE NEEDS TO BE STEPPED UP A LITTLE BIT.I HATE ITREALLY DIDN'T KNOW TOO MUCH ABOUT THE MENU OR THE DRINKS.
Dietary restrictions: They should ask if you have any dietary or allergy restrictions, nobody did
Parking: My french fries were high school but I ate them anyway because we couldn't find our waiter

Terrible service from our waitress. We had a bigger group. Very slow, took 20 minutes for first round. She was rude. We didn’t even get to play games. Our group was given one check with gratuity already added when she deserved nothing. She said we can zelle each other. How about you do your job. Don’t go waste your money here. Go to dave and busters instead. Hope she gets fired for ruining my Friday night after work. Thanks.

The claw machines in front of the main entrance is a scam.
We bought $35 worth of tokens (between 3 kids) in cash from their token dispenser and did not get ONE toy to dispense even though we grabbed at least 20+ times. Once it hit the top of the machine, the claw would ALWAYS loosen and let go of the items.
I was told by the manager that it works similar to a casino and that it’s pre programmed to grab items at random. A casino? At a children’s amusement place? What?!?! It’s called a SCAM! Manager let us choose two items per child from the machines. Not nearly close to what we would’ve won if the machines weren’t programmed to cheat.
You people are running a scam! Those machines should be removed.
