It was our date night and decided to go here to check it out. What a disappointment! First the host upfront not very helpful nor friendly. Then we were told we could seat anywhere by the bar. No one came to take an order then a waved down an employee and he said I needed to order at the host stand. Finally food came out and it was warm not hot. We didn't eat it but paid for it. Then we asked the bartender for suggestions of beers and totally unfriendly, no attitude, not helpful. We definitely will not be going back. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Had a work party there Sat. We had a private area with the bowling lanes. Nice place, great servers. Only problem was it was 40 below zero in there! We WERE FROZEN! Asked them to turn up the heat and was told the GM did but only 2 degrees and he left forb the night. It was like -20 outside this night. We had to wear our coats! Food was not good and shocker COLD! I would not recommend this place in winter. Might be fine in summer but I won't be returning! Ruined the event for all of us!

Dining experience was absolutely terrible. We had a party of 9 on a Saturday. However, it wasn’t busy because everyone was home watching the Bears game. We had ordered our food at the hostess stand, like we were instructed to do so. We told the host we were going to sit by the arcade games. She told us to put our ticket number on the stand so they know where to deliver our food. All the tables by the arcade games were DIRTY, so clearly we sat elsewhere. 45 minutes go by, no drinks, no food. We go ask the host if she knows where our stuff is. Keep in mind, we had our number at the CLEAN table that we were sitting at. It turns out, the food runners did not look for the number, that they were supposed to be looking for. Instead, they put our food on an unoccupied DIRTY table. No one ever came to clean the table up. My party was hungry so they decided to eat the cold food but still no one came to clean the dirty table up!

Didn't like it , the staff was so rude. And they give you a hr for bowling but if you have 8 or more people like we did they will cut your game off even if you didnt finish .and instead of two lanes with that many people they only give you one .and we waited for almost 2 hours 😩

Accidentally left my card here. Mike the manager decided to shred my card & tell me it was good news he found it shredded! Wow after I drove over two hours the day before to be told the manager isn’t in. This place sucks. Wouldn’t recommend it. They clearly need new management & will not last long.

This place is great for a party or just some fun with games or bowling. The price and quality of the food was quite good. Philly steak sandwich and tater tots was a great combo! Games and bowling are very expensive. It’s best to spend more with a game card to save more, but the cost really adds up quickly. Service was really good! Thomas was attentive and got the order right. He also saved my forgotten credit card. Thanks, Thomas! Giving this a 4-star rating mainly due to price of the fun, not the food.

The strangest interaction ever. Our friends made reservations here to bowl and drove an hour away to meet us. As we arrive, there’s a sign posted on the front door that says “no bowling due to a private event.” So we go up to the front desk and say “We have a reservation to bowl at 7:30 pm.” The girl at the front desk says “Yes, under *insert friend’s name?” We said, “Yes, that’s us.” She says “okay?” and looks at us like we’re morons. We said “But your sign says no bowling due to a private event.” And she says “Oh yeah, no. You can’t bowl.” End of conversation. No apologies for the inconvenience. Nothing. I’d understand your website potentially glitching and allowing booking when you have a private party, but an apology (or even a phone call ahead of time) would go a long way.
