For a popular pizza joint this location needs to step it up I came in with a party of 12 I order a deep dish pizza waited quit some time pizza was cold cheese dried up and it wasn’t even busy slow night our waiter Jesus not sure what happened who to blame for not getting the orders quickly to the table the atmosphere felt unwelcoming and the fried calamari was cold as well manager should check the quality of customers service

Best place for deep dish pizza! Or pasta. I earnedcenough points to get a free one. It was so easy to claim. The driver was very nice & on time.

Got a deep dish with their signature butter crust. Delectable. Space was welcoming and full of large groups of people having a nice time. I wish I could have gotten some strawberry Italian ice to take with me, but it would've melted on the long drive home. I will definitely return to this restaurant when I visit Schaumberg in the future.

Heard this was the best place do Chicago style pizza. I tried a slice and had the bowtie pasta with sausage and creamy vodka sauce. It was to die for! Large portion, had to take half home. Hubby had pizza. That was also tasty. Would visit again.

Lou's by far has the best pizza ever! That being said, the restaurant is always very crowded, and loud, but well worth it.

Friday night was crazy busy and we waited well over an hour for our pizza (we had asked for it "well done" and to be cooked 45 minutes. Once it finally arrived our waited emphatically apologized and said the manager would discount the pizza. In the end, they completely comp'd it, This was an unnecessary but very welcome surprise; and speaks to their dedication to customer service.

Went here for the first time to try, also for the first time, the well known “Deep Dish Pizza”.
The pizza was very good. Had some appetizers and they were also good.
The service was superb and the atmosphere chilling.
This place is totally recommend 🤌👍

I had their deep dish pizza with the butter crust. Very tasty! Vegetables were fresh. Service was very prompt. If you’re looking for good pizza, I recommend them.
