Maria's Halal Pizzeria (Schaumburg)

The Schaumburg has become one of the worst spots. The customer service is absolutely absurd. The cashier doesn’t seem to understand a bit about customer service. This place never picks up the phone call.
Went for dine-in today at 9pm and dine-in was closed an hour prior to the closing time(10pm). I had senior citizens with me.

I was a loyal customer here but from last two times we got bad chicken wings. It was smelling really bad we had to return the wings. Be aware before eating. Never coming back.

Supposedly this spot closes at 10pm Monday to Thursday, but I couldn't even place an order by phone or online around 9pm (they weren't even picking up the phone); maybe that needs to be updated. Nonetheless, we drove over and arrived around 9:30 and were told that they were closed, although the person behind the counter reluctantly agreed to take my pizza order after I spoke with him further.
The menu for the pizza is quite confusing to navigate around, with the main pizza options being called Supreme and special pizzas. We tried the special pizza 2, and replaced the jalapeños with black olives which costed us significantly, around 3 dollars! The pizza was pretty good nonetheless.
With more professionalism, better customer service, and more reasonable pricing for the toppings, I'd feel more inclined to return to this spot.

Wait almost hour, for 1 pizza, 1 cheeseburger and fries🤷🏻‍♀️ the place is dirty overall, please keep the place clean! Me and my husband, felt sick after eating at this place. Want to support halal small businesses, but at least you have to keep it clean!

Please don’t get fooled by ordering food from here. Unless you have a couple of hours or beyond to wait. With no response from any staff regarding your order status. Also, after the long wait my order was not correct.
