Said fresh fruit smoothie, poured a liquid with ice into a cup in the back and it's way too sweet to be a true fresh fruit smoothie. Not pog

Maoz is one of the best eateries in Woodfield Mall. It's recently become my go to spot for falafel. Service - Excellent. The young lady working up front is kind and polite. She seems genuinely happy to serve you. Food - I'll be honest, the food is a bit dry. Drinks are premade and so is the meat and falafel. It's like Mediterranean subway. I would say it's more than serviceable for Schaumburg, however. The pita are kept warm and the fries are made to order. They are generous with the toppings and a sandwich was more than enough for me. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for quick, good-tasting food in the Schaumburg area.

Staff is always rude at any time of day. They do not want to be bothered while on their cellphone. I ordered the chicken wings combo on two occasions and they were out. In one instance, the waiter/cashier saw me waiting in line and he just went in the back and never came out.

Food was tasteless. The keep the gyros soaking in grease water. And my sandwich was greasy bc of it

Update: Manager responded to review within minutes saying to reach out to his email then does not even respond, poor service…..Staff was rude and closed early then told everyone in the line that they were out of food to get them out of the line, when we got to the cashier they said same thing to us, we are out of food, we can’t make smoothies because it’s to late and we have to wash the machines , then said we are out of bread and it would take 15 min to make fresh , did not even offer a bowl I had to ask. Then the gyro was served cold and in a puddle of fat/grease , very disappointed at this location , love the Rosemont location but will never come to this one again. Also paid cash and they did not even give me a receipt so I can’t even prove I was there. Very poor service

I don’t recommend coming here. Food was really stale and dry. Who ever was working the line, Josh I believe, did not give me the right portion of food. I expect what I pay and frankly, I did not receive what I paid for. I will not be coming back to this location. Very low maintenance.

I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with my experience at this place . I was there yesterday during my lunch time expecting to have a pleasant meal but instead I left with nothing but anger at the guy that was serving me , he was a skinny guy with tattoos, the way he treated me was so rude and disrespectful not only did he talk to me rudely when preparing my food HE DID NOT PUT GLOVES ON !! I was in shock to see that these type of people are allowed to work in this place . I will definitely not be buying here again !

I came in with the expectation it would taste as great as the Maoz in Rosemont. I was wrong. I ordered the falafel sandwich and the falafel were already dry and the veggies were not as flavorful. I don't think I will be ordering from this Maoz again. Good customer service though.

a horrible place never again here, literally the guy who worked behind the counter ate with his fork pieces of meat and food from a food container and another guy standing behind the window in the kitchen looked at him and laughed, awful I wouldn't recommend to anyone perhaps when the owner would change staff

Nasty stale semi inedible food. Please don't mistake this for even remotely representing middle eastern food! The hummus had the consistency of semolina and tasted like nothing. Steer clear!

Over priced, you get a better deal for your $ at naf naf or pita house. My total was near $20 just for a gyro and smoothie. I paid $1.00 more for feta cheese in my gyro that I did not receive. Taste was ok, but most likely will not return.

I got the half falafel and half chicken salad. It was excellent! We also got the chicken sandwich and gyro fries, and those were delicious as well! There was a line, but the service was very quick and very friendly!

While it is not the cheapest place in the food court, the quality is great. The fella are excellent and not dried out. Everything is fresh and flavorful, I like that you can put as much sauce on as you want. Rice is excellent and flavorful as well. We didn't get drinks but thy looked great too. Their food selection isn't great in terms of options, but the ones they offer are nice. Their main food is the gyro, and if you love gyro as much as I do, you'll like it here. Not bad for the price, as lunch special with chopped gyro, chicken, choice of rice, cabbage salad, choice of sauce, and pita bread cost only $6.99. Not a bad try at all. If they had a wider variety, 4 stars would be 5 stars. Staff's service is pleasing as well. But I'd definitely eat here again. Service was fast and accurate too.

No line at this place, now I know why. Young girl working the front is ignoring all customers and not taking any orders. Terrible service. I had to walk away after 5 minutes, even after she saw me standing at the register.

Terrible service at this place. Walked up to the register to order, made eye contact with the girl working the front and she never came iver to take my order. She just ignored me and continued doing something else. So I left and ate somewhere else. Then I watched as numerous other people walked up to the register and the girl working out front just flat out ignoring them too and not taking orders. In a food court with heavy competition, why would I eat here?
