I’m extremely tired of not getting the appropriate amount of butter with hotcakes and my picante sauce with burrito repeatedly on weekends. The complete and utter disregard for giving condiments is annoying. The individual people here are great but the owner is obviously the one dictating this and they are cheap and undeserving of customers. The two missing butters that were needed won’t cost the store money but it will cost customers when other McDonald’s don’t do this.

This McDonald’s is fantastic early morning. Sometimes I stop around 5-5:45 a.m. and the service and food is fantastic. After that shift all of the sudden the cappuccino and ice cream machines are broken like every day. The employees are extremely rude. My wife had a coupon and was still charged for her “free” cheese burger. When they handed the food to her it was not in the bag. She told the teenager at the window that the order was missing a cheeseburger and he just stared at her and said “adios” and shut the window. When he opened it back up he says “I already said adios” and closed the window. My wife was so stunned and thrown off by how crazy ride he was that she just drove off and had to mentally reevaluate the conversation. I have also experienced the rude staff but not to that degree. So because of the morning staff I do recommend this store before 8 a.m.

This was the last time I’ll ever visit this place. Every time I’ve been here, they’ve forgotten something. But today? Today was the final straw. No sauces, no milk for the Happy Meal, and to top it off, they mixed up the toys! Are you kidding me?!
There are more staff than customers here, but somehow they still can’t get an order right. My advice? Hire better employees, because at this rate, it’s no wonder the place is always empty.

With today being Christmas, I understand that many places will be closed, and that is completely fine. What is not completely fine is lying about being open, accepting mobile orders, taking my money, and then being closed.
I was checking Google Maps to see what was opened today, and I imagined not much would be open, but I also understand that with corporate greed, some places would be open. Additionally, I understand that even if Google Maps says something is open, it might not *actually* be open, so I tried ordering though the McDonald's mobile app.
The mobile would *NOT* allow me to order from locations that were actually closed, (I checked my nearest location). However, the app allowed me to order from this location, AND Google Maps said it was open, so I assumed it actually would be.
When I got there, there was about 4 or 5 cars in line in front of me, and by the time I left, about 6 cars behind me. I told the people that were behind me that they were closed so they wouldn't waste their time, and many of them said they also had online orders that went through and, like me, got robbed by this location.
I will be calling to get a refund, and hopefully, that process goes by more smoothly than today did.

asked for honey, got honey mustard. asked for extra mayo (the labels on the sandwich say extra mayo) and there was no mayo at all. so annoying.
The interior is clean, the food was fresh, tasty fries with nuggets. This facility has a playground. The staff is friendly.
Parking: There are not many parking spaces. But enough for customers. We had no problems with parking

WOW! Who hires these people to work there? Ordered a coffee, got a full meal with a coke after I repeated myself 3 times to get it ordered. The manager or assistant manager was extremely rude to me and screaming profanities and swearing after I confronted her over the mistake. Makes me not want to visit any McDonalds ever again. This happened on Saturday night at around 8pm. I'm going to try and push this to the corporate.
