I wish I could rate this a Zero 0. The manager on duty on 12/27/24 around 2 p.m. was a guy who was super rude. His whole team was just playing around, not caring about their customers at all. I asked for his name to report it, and a young boy refused to give me the name. It was not the first time that they made me wait a long time for food. But this time it was too much!!! Over 20 minutes.

It was today and the manager, who was very rude and Hispanic, forgot to charge me for an oatmeal every time I go and that happens and they charge me and they move me Front .She wanted me to go around just for the oatmeal. She didn't want to give me the number of the store manager and she gave me a receipt from another person where you can see her information from the other person. Horrible service. I went today around 9:20am

Working at a fellow fast food restaurant, I know the day to day struggle of customers and how tough it can be sometimes. I go to this McDonalds frequently at various points and there is almost never a problem. What I don’t expect is for my girlfriend to be called “Dumb as hell” by an employee on the clock or at any given time in uniform at an establishment. The worker was at the drive through around 10:30 PM 12/27/2024. They could for sure use some PR training, this is completely unprofessional.

I ordered with Door Dash delivery. Order 1649, whoever prepared this door dash order missed including the kids meal. So now I have a 4 yr old who's looking forward to her meal and toy, who's disappointed, sad and crying. It's not on Door Dash, it's on McDonald's. The bag was sealed shut, so delivery guy didn't get to see what's in the bag - the receipt, of course, has all the food listed. This is an order processing problem at McDonald's. After paying $40 for an order of quarter pounder medium combo, 6 pc kids meal, 2 krispy kreme donuts, extra small lemonade plus service fee & tip, it is disappointing.

This location probably has the slowest drive thru in town. The smaller location down the street is faster. Something is not clicking here. Two drive thru lanes doesn't help anyone. I'm going to ask a couple of the local YouTubers who review restaurants to compare this one with others. Stay tuned
Horrible service horrible management, we take our time to communicate our order, and your staff still can’t comprehend! My order number is 1221 November 20th at 17:20 drive thru! I ordered one big Mac which is trash. Med fry no salt fries are wilted. One luke warm apple pie and a 10 piece nuggets. I get my order no 10 piece nuggets, but I did get bbq sauce and sweet and sour sauce, Bravo!! Christen the so called manager showed no concern whatsoever, yea it’s just nuggets but that not the point, you ask for higher minimum wage but can’t get a simple order correct and show no concern for their mistake! Won’t be too long before AI take away your difficult job! This so called manager says to drive back over 20 mins just to receive my nuggets, kick rocks. Keep the 6 bucks and tax! Just be aware and double check your orders people!
