Food is always good here, but the service today was terrible. I placed my order before entering the restaurant, sat down, and waited for my name to be called, but when my food was ready the employee gave it to the wrong person even though my name and number were clearly on it. I then had to wait another five minutes for them to remake it, and when I asked about the mistake, the employee insisted my order was in the drive-thru, which made no sense. Later, I returned to order a large mocha frappe and had to wait about ten minutes for that as well, and any time you ask for something simple like sauce, the employees just look at you and then look away, completely ignoring you.

The large fry is more like a medium because the box is ALWAYS half empty. If you have a complaint they do resolve it pretty quickly. Food and fries are always hot, not like they've been sitting there. If going inside to order, be prepared to use the kiosk. Clerks only help if you're paying cash and even then, you will be ignored while they prepare the other orders so be prepared to wait. It would be quicker to use the drive thru. Prices are way too high for McDonald's you'd get a better value for similar food at Wendy's or Chick fi la. Overall, this us my go to McDonald's.

The crew of this location is unbelievably slow. Their pace is like stroll in the park while people are waiting. No urgency what so ever. They chat with each other and slow walk of every step. There is hardly anybody in the line but I have to wait for 10 minutes for a cup of ice coffee. It happened every time I visit this place recently. The management needs to remind the crew, McDonald is famous for its speed, and this place is the opposite.

I absolutely love this McDonald's .The 2 guys in the drive thru always smile and are extremely courteous towards everyone. They make sure your order is always made correctly. 5 stars from me! They are the reason I drive a few extra miles to this particular McDonald's

I hate this mcdonald's. Its the only one close to my job and I FREQUENTLY have to spend 15min, of my 30 min lunch, just waiting for my food. It does not matter if it's inside, drive thru, mobile app. They are always slow. I sat the drive through for almost 5 full minutes without even being acknowledged at the speaker. I was so angry, i left without ordering anything and just spent my break hungry. On top of the fact that the food is subpar at best even for mcdonald's quality. It is absolutely ridiculous.

Tried ordering food on the kiosk and my card wasn’t working so I had to use cash. I had to use an older $20 which the kid taking my order hasn’t seen one before which isn’t a big deal considering the bill was definitely older than him. He brought it to the manager and they wouldn’t accept it so I asked to talk to them and he wouldn’t come to the front to talk to me, just hid in the back. You have a pen to check if bills are fake or not for these situations. I’m not blaming any cashier or any other employee for anything that happened besides the manager floyd who didn’t even want to come out his hiding spot in the back. That man needs some training or needs to be replaced by one of the cashiers that took care of me. Mercedes was awesome
And Floyd stinks. Demote that sad excuse of a manager and give her that position because she deserves it

often fine but sometimes absolutely broken service; the management at this location flatly refuses to 'park' anyone from the drive though - despite there being multiple spots available - so be mindful of a lengthy drive thru delays that could easily be avoided - meaning 10min+ many times.

management's response to complaints is a blank stare and walking away without a word. talking to you, Floyd.
