We’re here in 12/16 about 9:30pm. Doors were locked to the restaurant. We got stuck in the drive through for 45 minutes for a drink. Waited at the pickup window for a drink for 15 minutes only to have them mess up our drink, they locked the doors so we could go in to have it fixed. Clearly no manager was here today. I want a refund.

Angie is a joke of a manager for lacking customer service courtesy and becoming argumentative instead of calmly explaining the lame, tedious kiosk order process in place of a live and conscious cashier. *You MUST pay with a card in order to actually place the order, so those with cash are unfortunately forced to seek staff attention hiding at back of house, repeat the order process to then pay cash and wait further.* Only the elderly African American lady is helpful, otherwise the latinos/hispanics are laughable for their lack of service and attentiveness, but they sure can catch attitudes quickly. Front of house is almost non-existent as they focus on attending the drive through windows.
They have messed up both the food and orders on multiple occasions. This includes leaving out items, and putting what looks like big mac patties in a double quarter pounder. Highly inconsistent bordering on incompetent.

This Mickey dees is a hit or miss- it looks like it is ran by chick filet because during rush hours on Sunday's (when chick filet is closed), they serve you right away, but there is usually no one at the counter on the weekdays.
