I love Menchie’s
Food critic here once again. I would have gave a 5 star but instead you get a 4. The reason is its not because of the sweet tastin yogurt, but the reason you get a 4 star is because you didn't say Welcome To Menchies! I once saw UNDERCOVER BOSS and the owners implemented this. The way you greet your people coming in means alot. The door opens and you say WELCOME TO MENCHIES... See you soon :)

Great flavors to choose from. Always clean but the employees have very little interest in the customers. Usually they are just speaking amongst themselves.

This FROYO place is great I’ve been in other locations as well. The product is great quality Nilla wafers is my favorite flavor. My wife often pulls me to this place every time, employees are not always nice and always many flavors missing, other than that this is the best place for froyo. Thank you Menchie’s!

My favorite restaurant is located in "Bonefish"!
never coming back ever again… I went around 6:50 on december 4th, I come in and usually i’m greeted, i wasn’t which is fine! i went to go get my cup to fill up the employee was coming back to cashier my mother was next to me looking at the flavors. employee tried to get behind my mom and almost pushed her and didn’t say excuse me or anything. My mother didn’t even know she was behind… after my mother didn’t realize the employee proceeded to roll her eyes and make a face… I threw out my cup and left i was not going to deal with that. i turn around and both employees were on their computers doing who knows what everything but their job . About a month ago i came 40 minutes before closing and employee did not tell me they were “closed” and proceeded to take off the frozen yogurt tabs and when i tried to get some nothing came out. they could’ve told me they weren’t selling anymore.. Terrible employees both time i’ve gone

We don't get frozen yogurt often but when we do we always come here. The restaurant is always clean, there's always a seat available for us to sit at, and the employees are always polite, helpful, and greet you when you walk in. They have all the standard frozen yogurt flavors and toppings. Even with two full bowls, it's hard to beat $12 for dessert!

Rude staff… especially the bigger girl with brown hair. They had such a bad attitude and acted like they were forced to work there. Looked at us with blank stares and frowns. So uncomfortable. Also, there’s no sample cups anymore so if u don’t like the flavor good luck.
