great experience and delicious iced yogurt
They didnt have tester cups! So we ended up not trying it. Toppings looks vast and seemed clean. Staff was alright answered the questions asked.
I think it was overpriced and the girls working there wasn’t too happy. Unfortunately I couldn’t tip. Really??
Clean and nice place with delicious flavored frozen yogurt
This was my third time here and the experience was same, the place is always dirty, it smells like sewage when you enter. Floors always dirty and food all over on it. Saw these two girls behind the counter talking and laughing but not bothered to mop the floor. Never going back.
I love this menchies the workers do so good at cleaning and the food is good
They don’t give any sample cups, and the teenagers will start mopping around you 30 minutes before closing. Management should be embarrassed.
Very tasty and great options
We love menchie's! They moved into town square (walking distance for us) around the time we moved to the neighborhood, and we've been inseparable ever since.
Today, we came for their first 5oz free promo at 3pm, as we've done many years as loyal customers. The owner(?) Is always so nice handing out the tickets and explaining that the first 5oz were free and we're responsible for anything above that. So we filled our cup with what we planned to eat. Me and my little guy don't have huge appetites and each one ended up being about 4oz. The young lady ringing us up told us we needed to fill our cups more because we needed to get to at least 8oz in order for the first 5oz to be free. I expressed confusion as it didn't say that in the email, at the door, or on our ticket. The other cashier quickly corrected her, but our cashier seemed annoyed and slammed the spoons in our dish. We left with our free froyo, but I felt so sad. Thankfully my son was too young to notice the mood. I get it, I've worked retail on busy sale days, so moods happen. We won't stop coming over it, but it made me sad. 😥
Didn’t let me pay when I had a friend visiting from out of the country, I felt betrayed and backstabbed because I said don’t let him pay, and she did. BUM!

Menchies is always amazing! I have a lactose intolerance and I’m still able to eat the frozen yogurt without any issues. It taste amazing every time too!
Good place 🍦🍨🍧 with lots of variety yogurts & toppings. Best is the location right next to the Schamburg library.
Would like more non dairy choices but love the add ins!
Strong after taste, not pleasant. Seemed like it was a stale tasting. My flavors were chocolate and snow vanilla or just plain vanilla
Love the froyo!! Highly recommend
