The worst Mod Pizza in the area, the pizza cold and I had to reheat it, the service folks didn’t have a single smile for me, they just slopped on the toppings and didn’t spread em out so the pizza is uneven, undercooked, and overpriced.
Avoid this location til they get their act together, the other Mod Pizza locations are better by far.

I visited MOD Pizza in Schaumburg and had a disappointing experience. There were only two employees working, which made the service extremely slow. I waited in line for about 20 minutes, and it felt way too long. While the staff was friendly, the lack of help really affected the overall experience. I hope they can improve their staffing in the future!

We waited 19 minutes, and our pizza wasn’t even in the oven yet. In that 19 minutes they had finished 1 pizza and 1 salad. We had to get a refund and leave because we had to get our son to class without any lunch.

The food is great but WOW! What rude people! The photo attached is the rude lady that served me. She stared at me with DISGUST when I asked what a “finishing sauce” was. Worst attitude ever. And to finish it off, she started complaining that she was leaving at 4. Our order was taken at 3:39. FINISH YOUR SHIFT LADY! She is actually so rude she needs to be fired. The other employees were great though!
