Please put actual photos of your drinks instead of cartoons. It’s hard to tell what’s an over the ice drink vs a smoothie. The employees are super nice and the drink was good. But just wish the kiosk and menu had actual pictures instead of cartoons

Boba was okay, but the rose lemonade tea isn’t worth trying.
The cutest boba shop I have visited in Chicago! It's located inside the Woodfield Mall, which is super convenient.
That said, the boba drink I ordered tasted a little off. I got the brown sugar with pearl for my sister, and it was different from other brown sugar drinks I've had. The flavor was a bit unusual, and the texture of the pearl felt a little off to me. However, my sister still enjoyed it. I do wish there was a warm or no ice option on the machine.

We ordered on the kiosk and waited 15 minutes for someone to show up and make our order. We had to call the store and have the manager call the employee to come out and make our order. The employee told us we should’ve knocked or said something. It’s not our job as a customer to have to tell them to make our order, but her job as a worker to be prepared in front. Good drinks tho! Thank you management for fixing this problem!
