We ordered on the kiosk and waited 15 minutes for someone to show up and make our order. We had to call the store and have the manager call the employee to come out and make our order. The employee told us we should’ve knocked or said something. It’s not our job as a customer to have to tell them to make our order, but her job as a worker to be prepared in front. Good drinks tho! Thank you management for fixing this problem!

I love this place I work in the mall I get this mango jasmine green tea with cheese foam literally everyday the girls are so nice and the service is superb. The drinks are absolutely delicious especially this one highly recommend.

Strawberry matcha latte and Oreo mocha. Super cute cafe, employees were super nice, drinks were yummy.
I would say that coming here is a good spot to get boba. It’s nice to enjoy it whenever you got a chance to get it. My go to would always be getting the chocolate oreo mocha with brown crystal boba. The girls at the counter are always working hard and I appreciate their effort to make my drink worth coming back for.

This past March marked the very first time trying this adorable bubble tea parlor and in my opinion, it's the best boba shop in the state's largest mall.
I apologize but this review will be only on the bubble tea, haven't tried anything to eat here yet. The one thing I do like about the ordering process is that you can choose the level of ice when going for a smoothie/shake as well as the sugar level, most places don't offer that.
I love the aesthetic of this shop which is kept squeaky clean, the bubble tea is awesome at still reasonable prices and the customer service is helpful & friendly.
Have a new go-to place now in the mall when it comes to bubble tea, my kids love it and can't wait to stop in again for some more boba greatness!?

The place is nice but the service is the worst! Sunday we decided to try this place. There was 1 person in line and the place was full, no chairs available. We placed our order with the cashier and took less than 5 minutes. I started hearing they were calling out the #s and was 8 numbers away from mine. 25 minutes passed and I was hearing a couple #s being called that were after me. I kindly asked 1 of the girls the status of my order and she said to just wait to hear my #. As I continued to wait I noticed they were all 3 super disorganized. Labels were printing and the cups were being placed in random places and they were grabbing which ever cup was closer to them. I noticed a lady walked up and asked for her 3 drinks and the girl went to the counter to see if her drinks were any of the ones being piled there. The Hispanic girl also messed up 1 drink and I saw her removing some ingredients trying to correct a drink and ended up tossing and rinsing the cup, she walked looking confused not knowing were ingredients were. I checked my receipt time and noticed 34 minutes had passed since I paid and they kept piling incomplete orders on the counter. 7 minutes later I asked the girl again and she gave me 1 drink that was done, and was missing 1 ingredient and she corrected. I asked if they could please finish my order, I had only ordered 2 drinks and they were handing order 7 #s infront of me. Most of the people looked frustrated from the wait time, I was very patient and they asked to keep waiting not caring about the fact they were not serving in order.They have NO Empathy and respect for people's time...all this time them 3 were having group conversations from messing up orders. Then 1 of the girl finally found my empty cup with the sticker for the order from all the random places they were being placed, 3 minutes later she calls my # to give me the wrong drink. I proceeded to ask for a refund and the Hispanic girl brought it to me with a PIECE OF CARDBOARD INSIDE MY DRINK. Never going back!! I spent almost 50 minutes waiting for 2 drinks that were not even worth the wait. Managers:PLEASE HELP THE GIRLS WITH SOME ORGANIZATION SKILLS!!!
