Had a bubble tea at Mrs. Fields in Woodfield Mall — wow, this place is amazing! Their cookies are to die for, and now they have bubble tea too. Next time I’m definitely trying the TCBY yogurt.

The people were very rude. We asked for strawberry refresher and it didn’t taste right so we asked if they could make the drink again since it was very tart. But the workers were very arrogant, made us wait for 30 minutes. Poor service

They did a beautiful job with our cookie cake. It turned out wonderfully, and the designer was so thoughtful to ask questions about one of my choices when I picked up so I could decide after seeing the cake. I really felt like it was done with great care. Really, it turned out perfectly!

This ordering process has been nothing but a nightmare. I ordered the cookie crate AND the milk truck cookie jar on November 28th. My order didn't ship until December 2nd. When I had my order delivered today (December 7th) I didn't receive my FULL ORDER. I went to check my account and it says that the Milk truck hasn't even been fulfilled or shipped yet! They had no problem taking my money for both items, and only delivered half. It was very expensive too by the way. $104 for two items and only received ONE. I will NEVER EVER order from here again. Don't waste your money. The part that did arrive, the cookies are hard and nothing like the ones in the store. Save your money. it's NOT worth it. Customer service sucks too because you can't get a hold of anyone. I will be reporting them to my bank. This is ridiculous.

I Love this Mrs. Fields store! The cookies are always soft, fresh, and super tasty, you can never go wrong with the classic chocolate chip. I also tried their bubble tea, and it was surprisingly good! Not too sweet and really refreshing. The staff are always friendly. Perfect spot to grab a treat or something sweet to go.

They continuously order 20+ gallons of milk from Meijer on Instacart and leave no tip. When you go to deliver they are extremely rude!!

If you’re going to send cookies for a fundraiser in Florida and ship them from Maryland. You should probably have a better shipping system, especially in the middle of summer and in a heat wave. We ordered over $600 in cookie dough and they all came hot. With one ice pack and a cardboard box.

What a disgust….. flies all over the toppings and yogurt machines, Yogurt was super watery. When it came time do weigh the yogurt she seemed unhappy and placed her hand on the yogurt to make it heavier 2 half cups of frozen yogurt for $32 ridiculous.
Really good experience, delicious cookies and always relaxed staff! Would recommend to anyone!

I ordered my mom some Mother’s Day cookies and they arrived in pieces. She said one bagged cookie was completely crumbs. They were rather expensive to show up in crumbs. 🫠 Very dissatisfied. Won’t order from here again, unfortunately.

They offered a custom cookie cake, which I ordered for a friend's son who made a 36 on the ACT. It sent on time but arrived smudged in several spots and looked terrible. I contacted customer service and they offered me a 50% credit when I showed them a photo of how it arrived, with the teen holding it up. should have been 100% credit due to the condition, especially if you take pride in your quality of products. Won’t be ordering again!

Came in yesterday and bought some frozen yogurt with topping and one cookie . The oriental lady mishab did not want to give me another spoon she said she only had two spoons in the whole place. I said my daughters are sharing. I’m gonna pay a $10 yogurt and a cookie and I can only get one spoon. She said sorry this is all I have and refuse to give me another spoon.very unprofessional and started to giggle as if I was joking about another spoon . Not worth the price .
