NAATU Indian Restaurant and Bar

The food was amazing!

Went to Naatu after one year. Good ambience, nice service but the food quality needs to be pointed out. Most of the food items served are cold. The Haryali Paneer tikka was undercooked and cold (glad they agreed to it), The Vijayawada biryani was ok, but they can certainly go a little easy on the cinnamon (it reeks of it). Please ensure the food is served hot.

Ordered crispy corn, guntur chilli karam dosa, boneless biryani.. all the 3 are amazing…didnt except the size of dosa to be that huge. It served 2 people really. Love the taste of it. A must try indian reasturnt if you are in and around. Thanks Naatu.

We spent 88 dollars starters we good but biryani were not worth it. Service is not too good not even a small smile in their face.

Had an incredible dining experience at Natu restaurant and the Indian food there was super delicious with authentic flavors. The ambience and service were excellent.the service was excellent, mainly the staff were friendly and attentive. Highly recommend for anyone craving genuine Indian cuisine.

Naatu is a basic South Indian restaurant that tries to implement every corner of India but cannot deliver the savory flavor we expect. Their specialty is South Indian and the food was just so bland. The sambar was the only thing with actual flavor otherwise they try to stuff potatoes and chili paste into the dosa.

Please DO NOT order Punjabi food. The food came out looking perfect but the taste was so sweet it felt like I was eating a dessert. Super disappointed but that’s what you get for ordering Punjabi at a South Indian restaurant.

Nothing special at all. Staff was kind that’s all.

I have been here 3 times with my family. The first 2 times, food and service were great and hence the 4 star review. The third time, food and service were mediocre at best. The server was rude and would not accommodate any special request or modifications to the food, even if it was dietary restrictions related. We ordered a total of 7 dosa's for our table. The restaurant was not busy. The first 5 dosa's arrived within 10 minutes, 6th dosa arrived at 30 minutes mark, and the 7th dosa arrived at 49 minutes mark. The people with the first 6 dosa's were done eating when the last one arrived, and the worst part, it didn't taste their usual. We went here because A2B is too far from where we live, but I guess we will think twice before going here.

Yesterday night I went to this resturant with my family and friends
The quality of food is not good
No salt in the gravy
Mutton biriyani is not good and they put the mutton pieces which are not cooked properly
Spices are not good

They are not maintaining the quality of food consistently.
It is not recommended to eat

One of the wrost restaurants i seen, i came at 9:30 we r hungry, we ordered at biryani and we brought a single glass ginger water. A chubby girl who is serving told that she not serve , this is the 2nd time we r coming for dinner , last week we did not brought anything but when we arrived at 9:30pm they told the kitchen is closed but in website it is 10:30pm these staff are very hurry to home and giving rude replies , telling to go outside of restaurant as if they own the whole restaurant stupid people unfit for serving ,not friendly . I never come to this restaurant in my life.

Chubby girl is unfit as server.

Very hurry to go house , to get served by them go according their timings early dinner!!!

Had a great experience here! Chandana provided excellent service, and the food was absolutely delicious. The chicken biryani was full of flavor and perfectly cooked. I always enjoy coming here, and the quality never disappoints. Highly recommend this place!

Food at Naatu is okay but still need some improvement. Spicy and taste was not as expected as we expect from Indian restaurant. Service and ambience was excellent. Staff were very friendly and attentive and fast serving. Staff service gets these 4 stars.

The restaurant cashier is very rude and she never accepted the split payment for take out. We are the frequent visitors to the restaurant and every time we go, we make a split payment. This is unexpected!
