Looks to me as they want to show the name of the product they use which only means they a boasting. we walked in and no one to greet us. Finally, I think waiter, buss boy, or pizzaiolo led us to a table. Our waiter arrived with a look on his face as if he hated his job, no smile, just an arrogant look with disgust. He arrived with 2 glasses of water with straws, I ask if this was filtered he said no and walked away. After 8 to 10 minutes he arrived again with a cold un pleasant but most unwelcoming look to take our order. (Not our 1st time with this person so we expected no different) Our appetizers and main dish arrived all together. I cannot lie but the food was tasty and at the correct temperatures but I think they should gives us some time to enjoy the appetizers. Our bill arrived and we gave the minimum tip of get this 18%. ( he could have gotten more if he just would have smiled. Here is my thoughts. 1. Tables for 2 are very small, they need to fix this. 2. No bottled water? Not even for sale? 3. The Grey paint on the walls are so bleek. Place needs remodeling. 4. Get some servers with personality. 5. Slow down and let people enjoy the starters.
In conclusion, you could tell there is no authentic Italian blood at this place as they would have corrected these esential things. Napoli per Tutti? Non credo!!!

Service was not that good. Had to call service over so many times to order. Also, our server tried to give us wrong change back. She gave us $27 when our change was $67. Would not be back at all. Surprised such terrible service for such a pricey tab. Food was decent, 6/10.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. When we arrived, the place was completely empty, yet two employees were seated at the bar openly FaceTiming with someone. The entire conversation, could be heard throughout the restaurant, making it feel unprofessional and uncomfortable.
While the food was good, the service has consistently declined every time we’ve visited. We decided to give this place one last try, but this was the final straw. The lack of professionalism and disregard for creating a welcoming environment is unacceptable.
We will never come back and definitely won’t be recommending this restaurant to anyone.

Visited during a Friday evening for dinner. Ordered the Ortalana and Pizza Del Nono, both of which are vegetarian. Also, got the focacia for appetizers, however, I wouldn't recommend that item since it was bland and basically just bread (by itself). The ortalana had good bread but I felt as if the toppings were uncooked. The pizza del nono with the egg was the best item that I tried. The service was okay but the server rarely checked in on us. There is no draft beer here and there are only a few canned options which was a disappointment.
