Grew up loving nestletollhouse chocolate chips and it warmed my heart to discover the Nestle Toll House Cafe at Woodfield Mall 'Twas a great treat to snack on amidst a shopping spree and the cookies were a 12/10!! We tried an assortment of their classic cookies (buy 3 get 1 free when I went!) and our favorite hands down was the chocolate peanut butter one! Gotta try the coffee next

I went there to grab some cookies and my son wanted the 13 minis we bought it and it was a goo and stuck together and I tried to ask for a refund and the two rude young lady’s were very disrespectful and when I ask for manager it was another rude young lady and they did not want to refund me or give me different cookies ,I want corporate number because I’ve been buying cookies from here for 5 years

I can second what another review has stated about this business. I don't appreciate the snarky, entitlement the employees at this business showcase. I go on a Sunday evening with my family. I've been having some health issues I am in my early 20's and completely cut out sugar in my life, I believed I deserved a sweet treat to share. I made a very simple request nicely to the young cashier. I said, 'I ask anyone who serves my food to please wash their hands first because I have a chronic illness.' All 3 employees there looked at me puzzled and the cashier comments back she is not touching the ice cream she is touching the scoop, and is now looking at me dumbfounded. At this point I have already shared private medical info that shouldn't be necessary for me to even comment on. If anyone requests certain dietary, or health accomodations that are reachable and reasonable, why would you comment back invalidating them, almost gaslighting me like I dont know what best for my health, and like I don't know for myself that your ServSafe teaches you to ALWAYS wash your hands when switching between tasks. To be working cashier then switching to serve food without washing your hand is disgusting, whether you are just touching the order screen or actually handling money. I guess it takes actually having health issues or paying attention to or training, or having any ounce of empathy to realize that. Aside from that they are basically laughing in my face afterwards. Im sorry but an $8 scoop of icecream with brownie is not worth the incompetence and entitlement of the children in this kitchen. Sincerely, a chef who takes training and food prep seriously. And if these employees feel they are not compensated enough to do their job fully and sincerely, I would suggest finding a new one, that is if anyone would accept them.

Absolutely poor service the young ladies working at the counter were rude, racist and disrespectful. They truly don't care about the quality of their products. We asked nicely to do over they said either take or order another one. Absolutely shocking behavior.

First time trying there cookies and drinks. We really loved the chocolate chip, sugar cookies and macadamia cookies. Delicious!! Ordered an upside down milkshake and it was really good.

I ordered two simple hot chocolates and after ten minutes asked what the issue was. I was told it was busy when in fact the folks before and after my order had been served more elaborate drinks. when I said something, I was told they were busy but they clearly forgot my drink. I was rudely offered a refund which I took. Terrible service, poor attitude. Would avoid this place.

I am a lover of nestle. They have great customer service and are very friendly, always have a smile on them. Everything is freshly made cookies, Browns, coffee, and they have fresh fruit for the smoothies! ?? I recommend this location

On Saturday, October 16th, 2021, I was at this location and purchased a bag of 6 cookies for 6 to 7 dollars. I am severely allergic to peanuts and other nuts. They had 3 bags of cookies, each was 50 percent off and a day old. The 1 bag i picked out , I told the lady that I was severely allergic and she said there were no nuts in the cookies, so I bought them. I got them home and ate them, and I was part way through when I realized that I was lied to and that there were in fact nuts in some of the cookies and the other cookies were contaminated with nut residue. I am lucky I did not go into anaphylaxis. I did have a reaction to the cookies, though it was mild to moderate. I called them back and told them what happened and the girl and manager were super rude and blamed it on me. They also said that they don't know what is in their cookies and they use the same pot for mixing all the cookies, including the ones with nuts and nut products. I want my money back immediately. I also called corporate and mall management and they were no help either. This is a matter of public health and safety. The Better Business Bureau, the health department, and the other necessary people and departments will be contacted and this location will be shut down.

My husband and I love Nestle Toll House Cookies. We have been here 2x within 2 weeks. We also live 45min-1hr away. The first visit Dana helped us and baked our cookies to order because the display was out. We were in the store again on today and she remembered us. We placed an order for a dozen snickerdoodle, 3 choc pecan, & 3 choc almond and of course Dana baked all of our cookies per order. It was definitely worth the drive to Schaumburg to visit Nestle Toll House and we will do it all over again. Thanks Dana for your awesome customer service and amazing smile.
