Ordered 2 barbecue Macs and a side Caesar salad. Cashier charged us for a full size Caesar salad. When I told him that I ordered a side Caesar salad instead of a full size one he looked confused. Then, management was only going to refund me $4 for the chicken on the salad until I let know that the salad itself, which I didn't even order, was $11 so thankfully they were able to refund the price of the full size salad. I was able to get the side Caesar salad in the end free of charge, which I'm appreciative for. Food was okay, but jalapeños were missing from both barbecue macs. I'm glad my issue was resolved but service was lacking. I do not recommend this location.

Went into the location and ordered the Wisconsin Mac & Cheese. Went to the counter and was waiting for a few minutes. No one was at the counter. Ordered, and got my food. Asked for a side of bread and the Mac&Cheese. The bread tasted sour and old and the Mac & Cheese also had a sour taste. I went up to talk to someone and again, no one was at the counter but the cook who ignored me. Only thing I could eat was the cookie that was prepackaged. Garbage was over flowed so could not even throw out the items I barely ate. Awful, not coming back to this one or another location again.

Order ahead because that's all they put their focus on. You want to order in store? You'll be waiting a good long time of them not even acknowledging you in line.
The portion sizes have come down. It's good but sometimes they do not seem to be standard.. like you could order 2 bowls of the same items and the quantities can be different!

I asked her I was looking for a noodle that was not Pad Thai but with peanut sauce, which I did not know the name of. She politely explained that they used to have such an item but it is gone now.I was disappointed that they didn't have the noodle I was looking for, but I was pleased with the service at the restaurant and would go back near future.This time I had the mac and cheese instead. Well, it's just mac and cheese, so the taste is normal.
