I come here with my family a lot because the portions are always generous and we always leave so full. We had Ashley as a server last time she was super friendly can’t wait to come back.

Sat down quick. Food was fresh. Waiter was great.

Sharing regarding my recent experience at Olive Garden. It was Freezing inside the establishment! If I was blind I would of thought they seated us outside smh. I advised our waitress Jackie that it was cold i had to put my coat on and she said she would let the manager know. She came by our table twice and stated the manager was supposed to come over I advised he hasn't come over bc he isn't concerned. Now mind you I seen the manager walk back and forth several times. We only ate our salad, soup, and bread sticks. When our entrees came out my nose was running and I asked for a to go box, my son and I didnt even have the opportunity to enjoy our food. Jackie asked was everything okay I said no it's cold we have to leave its uncomfortably cold in here. I advised I would write a review. Only then is when the manager Angel came to speak with me. I advised it was a horrible experience. Other than me freezing, the food was good and fresh and Jackie was nice. This is a bad review only bc of -3 temp ( lol def exaggerated, but it was cold) and Angel's lack of concern. If you eat here I suggest wearing a sweater. Other than that we were seated fast for a Sunday and the food was good.

PS. We didnt eat our entrees there, however As I was putting my food in the To go box I had to sample it lol.

We got here during the dinner rush and ordered soup, salad, breadsticks, and a kids meal. Our server was the highlight of the evening attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely deserving of praise. Her care held most of the weight of this review.

The food, however, fell short of the price. The soup tasted like something I could have thrown together at home, the salad was plain and uninspired, and the kids meal lacked any real finesse. For a total of $55.00, I expected more than service alone.

Even the payment process felt odd using a tablet that made the interaction feel distant. I hadn’t been to Olive Garden in years, and this visit reminded me why

As someone who loves Italian food and is also unfortunately gluten free and i also try to stay away from cheese as much as possible, not many options for me. But that's not the issue, the issue is the food itself, salad is lackluster and more onion than anything else. Not to mention I tried some of those meatballs and it tasted like nothing and gross at the same time. The texture was awful and there was no real flavor to them. The only redeeming quality was the hostess and our server Amicia.

It's ok restaurant. Normal chain restaurant food is ok, price is considerably cheap for dining in. Understaffed restaurants make you wait for service but still nice waiters.

This is the worst experience that my family and I ever had at this Olive garden in Schaumburg . My family holiday gathering was totally ruined there. Their floor operations were such a disorganized one, and their staff were not trained at all under the dull management. There were two managers there, one of them was very discriminatory and no professional service. The manager person ruined our holiday dining there.
The other manager showed up at very end and he tried to make it up but I rejected to receive the further service politely because our kid was very depressed and crying by the humiliating situation that the MANAGER person (I do not write his name nor describe) did to us. I will file this incident officially to their corporate as well.
Here were what happened below.
We stayed at this location between 1:50pm and 2:28pm and we were obligated to pay the entire bill without having our main foods that we ordered because the manager guy humiliated us in public and pushed us to leave without paying. We were frightened to leave without paying the bill so we gave $50 to the other manager who tried to help.
First, we ordered the drinks and appetizers through the table tablet order system.
Our drinks were never delivered to our table for 15 minutes, so I had to ask one of the waiters at the server’s station. A server brought the drinks with no straws so I went there again and asked for the straws. I asked a different waiter WHO was assigned for our table but she was not sure and nobody showed up another 10min.
One server showed up finally and took our entry orders, but no foods were delivered eventually. Only kid’s meal luckily was made for our boy. Then we explained what happened to the store manager called himself ‘store manager’, he was rushing for something else and said VERY rudely ‘we will assign the server to your table now and make sure our food orders were in.’ Very rude and annoying face. It’s been more than 30min waiting already but we only had drinks and kid’s food. So we decided to leave and we asked him for the bill adjustment. He showed his annoying face AGAIN and very roughly told us ‘Don’t need to pay, just leave.” With his statements, we felt very humiliated and even discriminated by him in public. A few minutes later there is another person called himself ‘he was another manager’ and he apologized what happened and tried to solve the situation. He was showing his professional manner and nicely received our payment but the bill was never adjusted so charged us the full amount.
Again we paid the entire bill including the foods we did not even receive because the previous manager brought us the bill anyways and pushed us to leave. He actually thew the bill to the table and humiliated again. We were thrilled and our kid started crying too.
Finally, the other manger took our payment and persistently apologized to us and we actually left all the changes for him. We strongly hope that this message and complain are delivered to the upper management to improve the local operation at the location and the olive garden’s quality of their services.
I’m writing for the manager and for our kid because he likes OliveGarden.

Hey I'm here waiting over 1 hour for pick up food I put my order 5 o'clock to pickup 6 o'clock and nobody answer the phone ,no nobody say nothing and still waiting is good food but to much waiting I hope my food still hot o cold I don't know

My family & I went here for dinner, took 2 “to-go”
meals home. Ate next day, throwing up & constantly running to the bathroom next 2 days.

Followed directions as said on package- food must have been spoiled. Awful, won’t be going back to this location again.
