Food wasn't ready had to wait 7 mins.. when the fresh food was ready my second plate had very little because of callins and pickups. Had to wait another 5 mins. In the mean time first plate was getting cold. Second plate was not very warm either. I ordered beijin and orange chicken. Crew must not know when dinner time is (I came in at 6:20pm didn't get out till 6:39).

Best Panda I've been too. Very friendly, and welcoming staff. I think the woman in the blue shirt is a manager - AMAZING. Fresh hot food for lunch rush. Fast service. and they gave out refresher samples! Clean bathrooms! Very happy

The walnut shrimp, sweetfire chicken, and string bean chicken was good. But they ran out of teriyaki sauce and didn't tell me until after I already checked out. If I had know there was no sauce I wouldn't have ordered it. The cashier Mazher was more focused on trying to leave rather then check us out correctly and had an attitude when I went to ask about the sauce. I have been to this location before and have never had this many problems. I am kind of disappointed this time around. Everyone else was very nice and helpful.

the new orange chicken is NASTY ! So beyond different and very disappointing i loved their orange chicken its spicy as hell now and taste nothing like orange chicken it’s weird won’t be ordering again

They have changed many of the recipes and how the sauces are prepared and has made it unrecognizable as a brand! Panda used to have a very distinct taste that was delicious, but sadly corporate greed has made too many changes to the food that now makes it taste like cafeteria food or frozen food from the grocery store! I will not be returning unless I get a real big urge but I'll likely remember how they changed and will pick another place instead! Staff here was very rude when I brought it to there attention and asked for a substitute, they did not apologize for the inconvenience it caused me to drive back and return the food because that's how bad it was! Bye Panda it was nice knowing ya!

The place is fair to eat, definitely could use more heat during winter and some kind of separation from the cold that is coming with the incoming customers. Food is very often burned (chow mein), do not use their soda machine - it is a sugary liquid that definitely is none of the name brands. Biggest minus, as always you can’t ever redeem your awards from the app - this is the biggest scam with Panda yet. We have over 20,000 points that is simply useless

White rice was inedible. It had been sitting there for a while I guess (hard and dry). Sides looked like they were sitting there a while. Fountain drink tasted off (like there was too much ooze in the mix). Didn't get any fortune cookies.
