The portion is horriable he gave me 1scoops and a couple crumbs isn’t it supposed to be 2full scoops? And for the side he did it so fast where I can’t see when I opened it wasn’t even filled to the top like they usually do so I told the cashier it’s not filled to the top she redid it said sorry he’s new it’s like ok like they don’t teach them how to do the portions I paid $15 cuz I got the angus steak and ya definitely not worth that money for 1scoop for each side, Glendale heights is way better and don’t cheat u on portions I should of went there but I was in this area , but anyways I’m never coming to this location again! Also compared to Glendale heights there Beijing beef here is not bright and fresh like there and there angus steak was kinda salty and he gave me water in my super greens like does he not know how to drain it? When I picked up the plate in my car it spilled all over my brand new sweather😡food does not taste fresh and small portions and messy do not recommend

If you're not going to use the online order shelf, why have one?
Pretty frustrating to purposely order online so my food will be ready, get a text that my food is ready, and then stand in front of the register for 15 minutes while not being acknowledged because there's not a clear place to pick up online orders.

This Panda Express is hiding away from the front of the strip mall—it’s on the side.
The overall atmosphere was absolutely phenomenal. The tables, floor, beverage station, and bathroom were clean and appeared hygienic. The employees were efficient—treat them with respect and they’ll get your order correctly. The employees also walked around and ensured order was present.
What about the food?—the reason why people come. The food was decent—not bad, but not Michelin level. Orange chicken tasted spicier and drier? then any other Panda Expresses I’ve been to. Some portions of the fried rice were undercooked.
I placed a mobile order and went inside to pick it up, expecting it to be ready or close to ready since that’s what the app encourages. Instead, I waited while two full lines of walk-in customers were served ahead of me. After quite a bit of waiting, I asked about my order and was told that online orders aren’t prioritized and are just “thrown in.” It was frustrating because Panda promotes mobile ordering as a faster, more convenient option, but my experience was the opposite. I hope they reconsider how mobile orders are handled…it would make the process smoother and more consistent for everyone.

I went in this evening to utilize the coupons I received in the mail and the line was out the door, however, MARIN was the first employee you saw and she is fantastic! She greeted everyone with a smile even though the line was long and people can sometimes not be so nice! She was fast and honestly did the job of 3 people. Panda….yall better give that young lady a raise because she’s the employee every employer wants! She apologized to me several times because she was also fulfilling online orders and I did not care, why, because she never slowed down. Thank you Marin, I will definitely be back!!

Placed order for order at 7:35 ready. I’ve been here 20 minutes and watched 12 people go thru the line. What’s the deal? There’s 6 of us over here waiting as long as I have watching you only make food for walk ins. I watched the cashier ask noodle scooper at the end twice. Thanks for ignoring the OLO line. Total wait 35 min for an OLO placed 7:08 with 7:35 arrival.
