This my mom's second favorite Panda Express location. Her first is the one in Hoffman Estates. Her food is always fresh and great portions.

Walked in and the lady in front of me and I waited about 5 minutes while the guy was filling takeout orders; did not say a word to us, no 1 moment please, I'll be with you in a minute. I finally said "the line is getting long" when he finally takes the order of the women in front of me. She is in mid sentence when he walks away and answers the phone, she was visually stunned by the rudeness. No apologies were said either. There were 2 girls too, all three need customer service training. Disappointed. This was the 1st time I've experienced this at this restaurant, hopefully things get better.

I got there around closing time so probably that's why the food was not that fresh like in other Panda Express locations. Fast and nice service. Too bad that the food was not that fresh.

Menand my boyfriend got food there last night and never have I been disappointed in customer service. We waited for the chow mein to be cooked, and while waiting other customers were ordering and somehow throughout that our boxes of food were gone, and others were all mixed up. Well we eventually got our food. But when I got home I discovered my box had different writing than what I got, I got chow mein and orange chicken, but in my box I found broccoli and a couple pieces of beef.

Lady serving the food was scared to put food into the bolw. She served, and then she took some food and put it back into their container . I wasn't happy about that because she barely put food in the bolw. Then, the kunpao chicken is more nuts and veggies than meat.

Place smells like stagnation and you can also taste it in the food like they wash dishes with an old dirty rag that's been sitting in dirty water. Also they let the line build up while only doo online orders. Whoever the manager is. He should be fired asap this place is goin down the

The lady who took my order seemed to be in a bad mood. At first I didn’t understand what she said. So I repeated my order to make sure she understood what I was ordering. ( I was polite the whole time) the whole time she looked aggravated & bothered I was confirming my order. Definitely making the atmosphere sour.

Staff is young, unmotivated, and there is no sense of urgency... at all... they move at one pace... Slooowwww...We are customers, not cattle. We have better things to do than stand in line for 20 minutes when there were only 8 people in line.needs more adult supervision and motivation. It's real simple... make good food and get the customers in and out efficiently.This is not a "Karen" review. I own a business and understand that it's hard to find good helpSo... get this fixed!If that happens, I will revise this review.
