The employees at this Panera bread are ,efficient , Professional, and have great customer service, The experience I had with Lesile was by far the best as far as customer service, welcoming energy , and overall positive aura . Give this young lady a raise or something respectfully . God bless 🙏🏾😇

Ordered the full cranberry walnut chicken cranberry salad sandwich.
There was one dollop of meat in the middle of the two sides of bread. Half the sandwich was part of a tomato and bits of lettuce.
When back to the kitchen area to bring this to their attention. They were nice enough to make the sandwich whole.

I eat lunch here once a month as part of attending events in the area. Generally I've been as satisfied with this Panera as any. But today I encountered a very unexpected negative. Camped out in the restaurant was a gentleman who did such things as prepare his own food at his table and hand roll cigarettes. His appearance was beyond unkempt and all he appeared to have purchased was a softdrink cup that he reliably refilled every 30 minutes. What surprised me was that he was well known to the staff who all greated him by name. What gives?

I literally stopped going to Panera for a while cuz the iced coffees and iced lattes were either made too creamy or they were too watered down … I just moved to the area and tried Schaumburg Panera and my coffee was finally made PERFECT!!! Now this is my go to location !

I was greeted with a great smile , positive attitude, and good attention to detail. After my sister and I were fished eating we continued talking - Mary came to take our dirty plates. She didn’t have to but she insisted and gladly did it. We are sure to be coming back.

A good spot for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, with a diverse menu offering something for everyone. However, the atmosphere could be improved. The tables weren’t always clean, and the floor could have used a sweep, which took away from the dining experience. With a bit more attention to cleanliness, this place could be a much more enjoyable choice.
