The worst place I’ve ever been!!! They think a kids’ menu is cold bread with ham and cheese that’s extremely salty! The tables in the place are dirty!!! Very unpleasant!

For a business traveler, Panera bread is a guaranteed option. The selections are generally the same from city to city and the quality and portions always meet the standard. This location suffered from some cleanliness issues in the restrooms, the food pick up area and around the dining tables. It was evident that the areas had not been policed in a while when I was there for dinner. This did not take away from my food experience, but, it needed to be cleaned up. Overall, you cannot go wrong with Panera bread for a good quality meal. This location did not disappoint.

I'm going to avoid this place. Its slower than the other spots and costs a little more based on location i guess.
I came here last week with my family & I have to say as a loyal Panera Bread customer, this is one of the worst Panera Bread locations I have ever gone to! The restaurant was so filthy such as the tables, floors, the microwave & area where you get coffee, etc. The employees were rude and act like they didn't care or have any kind of work ethic either. 👎 Do better! 💯

We don't just like Panera bread we love it!!! It's a great product for a reasonable price!!! It absolutely makes sense to pay more for a better product!! It's unfortunate that almost everything is increasing in price to run a business and if you don't respond appropriately as a business owner you will not survive it's a cold hard fact!! It doesn't matter how great your product or service is you have to be able to generate a profit !! 😕😞

This suggestion is for ALL Paneras, not just this location. If you run out of souffles before 9am, MAKE MORE.
Also, for the love of all that is holy, bring back forest mushroom and potato cream cheese soup and the Sierra turkey on asiago foccacia. Nothing you currently sell, with the exception of the souffles that I can never get, compares.

In agreement with many others, the drive through line and the inside pick up have incredibly slow wait times and this is for food ordered in advance. When waiting inside, customer service is usually slow and often times customers are ignored completely. Service needs to pick up or I will not be coming back
