DELIVERY DRIVERS BEWARE! They will not begin making your order until after you arrive. Total waste of time driving to the restaurant. We’re lucky to make $5 off the delivery. I’m not standing around waiting for the order. Get it together. Crappy management.

Can not compare to the one on 59 and Irving! Dark in there. Needs an upgrade! Replace the carpet! Feels dirty and old. My soup was in a little paper cup instead of a white ceramic bowl. I want to be a Queen for a day!

Upon coming in. I mean, it's schaumburg, an alleged nice suburb. You would think it's clean. Clean as in tables are wiped, chairs are wiped, and the flooring is clean.
Crumbs on most tables, crumbled napkins on the floor, and food debris on chairs. I walked all over looking for somewhere clean to sit. Different find anything. I had to clean myself.
Window ledges, all dirty.
Windows, dirty.
Was here for over an hour and saw no one go around to clean anything.
I did see other customers clean the areas they wished to sit. Saw older groups just not care.
No Panera employee walked around to even canvass the area.
They either don't have a manager or a manager that leads.
How is this place still making money?
I guess people just care about getting the orders to go. As for those that stay, I'm not sure why they find this acceptable!!!
Shame on the staff at this location.

I needed a reminder as to why I stopped going to Panera Bread. Yesterday, I went back after more than 8 years for a meal. The vegetarian menu had only a few choices. We ordered 2 bowls of soups and a half sandwich. It rang over $25. And, the food was less than OK. Other fast food restaurants would have been better. Not going back for a meal.

The cashier even saved me money recommending the pick 2 combo. Hot soup on a cold day hit the spot!
We used to eat Panera about one time every week until lately. The past couple times, our order has been wrong and sloppily put together. Very disappointing. Will not be returning

Dear Panera, Basic premise of the food industry; PEOPLE WHO ORDER HOT FOOD WANT IT WHILE IT IS HOT! They can take your order, make your order ( sometimes even at the promised time) but they neither put it out on the shelf, or have someone to hand it to you. After waiting 5 minutes of looking at the food packed up, and being ignored, I should have jumped the counter.

Had a great experience today with a couple of the workers. Normally everyone is very sweet and helpful. But today both Daniel and Ethan and went above and beyond helping me after I made a mistake with my order. I will definitely continue to come here and enjoy the great service.
