Extremely bad customer service, ordered Philly cheesesteak Papadia, mine came with no steak, called the store and talked to store manager “Jamon” and sent him pictures of the sandwich. He said the pic shows steak and in order for him to replace it, I have to get it to the store. I explained to him my son is going to bed for school and I will bring it the next day. He said then we won’t replace it. He was rude and unprofessional. So disappointed..
Rude manager, wont honor any of there own coupons. Manager hung up on me 3 times. Will never order from there again. Its a shame because i like the pizza.
I love Papa John's they have really awesome people there although today 8/3/2015 i ordered cinnaknots and got garlic knots kinda sucks but still love em
