I’ve always ordered from this location. But I haven’t in a long time. Please look a the 2 photos. I ordered SPICY Italian sausage and I received REGULAR italian sausage. I order online and the website CLEARLY gave me a choice to select the meat toppings. The guy on the phone didn’t even know how to speak correct English. He insisted that they only had Italian sausage or regular sausage. NOT spicy Italian sausage. He hung up on me. Didn’t even said he was sorry of offered anything. I did NOT want a refund or a free pizza. I wanted what I ordered. I will NEVER AGAIN order pizza from Papa John’s. NEVER.

All three of these pizzas are supposed to be medium 2 topping, which, according to the website, should be 12 inches. These puny little pizzas are BARELY 10 inches and were not enough to feed the family on super bowl sunday🤬🤬 papa John's has really gotten stingy and falsely advertise what a MEDIUM pizza is.

The food was very good and Travis was awesome at the front. He was super nice and friendly to talk to unlike other pizza places in the area that are in such a rush and rude at times. Thanks again Travis and Papa John’s team.

It’s a great spot. Most of the staff is cool except one individual with the glasses and silver link chain. Either he’s got a chip on his shoulder or depressed. Someone check on that young fella. Works sucks I understand but every time I see him there I just feel bad for the guy.

I feel bad for everyone who works here. It’s VERY apparent management doesn’t care at all to adequately staff a well-trafficked store. Orders are never ready when they tell you, and more often than not my orders aren’t even started before I get to the store. There’s only one or two people working behind the counter during the dinner rush. I hate going here because it’s evident the low cost is balanced on the backs of the hard-working employees. Just an overall bad experience for everyone.

I also wish I could put zero stars. I ordered my pizza through the app it’s been pass an hour I called i didn’t get a name from the guy. He said they are using Door Dash and my order was send twice the first time it got “lost” and the second one MIGHT be on its way but I told him I just want to cancel he said “Ok” didn’t apologize. I was still on the line waiting to hear a sorry but nothing so I just hung up. Very bad costumer service. I will delete my app and not order from here again.
