Staff was helpful & friendly. Place was clean. I had a coupon & hadn't had it in ages...knowing what kind of pizza it was , but oh myđđ. Really not very good. The sausage was small & tasted more like a breakfast sausage. It's still good if you have alot of people to feed ( kids b'day parties , college parties , etc. ) , but I wouldn't even bother w/ toppings. Plain cheese would .

There's a new ownership about 2 months ago and then nickel and dime you for everything, including seasonings. The quality of the food was garbage and the team members are extremely rude. To Simply put this, they don't care.

I usually order pizza from this place, but today I had a very bad experience.
A kid was working there and seemed completely confused and unaware of what was going on. I placed my order over an hour earlier, and when I went to pick it up, he told me the pizza would be ready in 5 minutes. After waiting, there was still no update.
When I asked to cancel my order, he handed me pizzas that were already prepared and had been sitting on the order line. This was unacceptable and very disappointing.

Ordered the Phillie Cheese Steak Papadia and it has no meet and it just a small pizza folded over. It all seems old. This was terrible never ordering here again wish I checked the reviews. (Delivery guy was nice but besides that 0 stars)

This is the worst store in the whole wide world, the employees work without enthusiasm and just say: sorry you have to wait. More than 30 minutes waiting outside the store after sent my online order , for real?? If I donât ask for my order at the counter nobody star to prepare it. You should provide a better service.

We ordered veggie and cheese pizza for dinner. We got such a piece of tomato sauce bread. Almost no cheese on it..! Very little cheese is sprinkled. We always buy pizza from papa john, recently their pizza is not good like before. We will never buy pizza from this location again.
