Ordered the Phillie Cheese Steak Papadia and it has no meet and it just a small pizza folded over. It all seems old. This was terrible never ordering here again wish I checked the reviews. (Delivery guy was nice but besides that 0 stars)

This is the worst store in the whole wide world, the employees work without enthusiasm and just say: sorry you have to wait. More than 30 minutes waiting outside the store after sent my online order , for real?? If I don’t ask for my order at the counter nobody star to prepare it. You should provide a better service.

BETTER INGREDIENTS DON’T MATTER IF THE PIZZA ISN’T COOKED. More than half the time the pizza isn’t cooked all the way and I just get stuck with this RUBBERY cheese on SOGGY bread. This used to never happen and now it happens over half the time I order. Done ordering from y’all now.

We ordered veggie and cheese pizza for dinner. We got such a piece of tomato sauce bread. Almost no cheese on it..! Very little cheese is sprinkled. We always buy pizza from papa john, recently their pizza is not good like before. We will never buy pizza from this location again.

I called to order a pizza. My call was routed to India where a lovely individual took my order from a less than practiced script. I could hear other call center individuals in the background reading their scripts for something other than papa johns. I was told my order would be $55. When I said that sounds like too much she said oh, well then it will be $42. I don't know what's going on but I don't think anyone on the other side of the world should be brought between me and my pizza.

My customer experience at this location was absolutely horrible. I left a review I called the next day and requested that a manager give me a call back it's been 2 weeks and I have yet to receive that call from the manager yes I understand that times get busy so this is why I waited so long however I have yet to receive a phone call and this is probably why your staff is the way they are no accountability and this makes the company look bad I will never order from this location ever again
